Thanks for this video it's a timely reminder. 'To be a teacher, we need to have something to teach, information in itself is only just adequate, but we should teach from what we have experienced.' I hope that if I am teaching that it is based on experience and not just like a philosophical discussion about spiritual texts I've read - that seems pretty empty in comparison and I think would definitely highlight areas that needed work! i was told to only teach from my knowledge .. and i went through so much just so could be a good teacher .. it was really daft .. we are all so different, my knowledge was so useless to others! Better just to do and if people ask you tell them, but don't ever wish to teach.
