I was huntin one morning, 2 doe ran past me, I yelled and said stop. Beleive it or not they stopped long enough for me to get a shot. i wish i had a camera that day. I think they where thinking wtf was that.

Spooked a good size deer yesterday and he snorted at me, threw a flag and ran off like 30 yards then turned around and snorted like 5-6 more times. Wish I knew to snort back! Oh well, long season ahead.

@oifvet207 - Awwwww that sucks!!!! Tough luck bro... That sounds like a perfect situation for a Snort Back too. The tricky part is once you Snort, they dial ALL their sences directly to you (so be ready!!!) Thats one of our favorite tricks right there & has prooved to be successful on LOTS of different hunts over the past Seasons. Best of luck to ya in the field!

I've done the same when busted. They've come back out. I've also been busted and kept quiet. They came back out cause they didn't know what they had busted. It was a stray arrow that id it for me.

I'd highly recommend it, but remember it only works if the deer snort at you FIRST!!! Other-wise it'll just spook the hell out of em, I duno why that is? But we've tested it quite a few times now with the same results everywere (in northern midwest). Hope it works well 4 u as well bro... good luck
