Rotom knows discharge ,thunder,thunderbolt and ominous wind.

Since rotom knows levitate swampert uses earthquake and since swamperts a ground discharge doesnt hurt it

I havnt seen him in a year and I don't know why it has spacial rend and roar of time but it is awesome.

using an ar you can make both games think lugia got purified and can therefore switch it to platinum and it will pop up in it's dark form but will have normal stats/nature ect. but still sn is right. you cannot get it without purifying but you could use an ar to do it without purifying.
