  • Dah... jackkass. That's the problem and Gary is trying to get that through your thick (mostly bone) head. Judge's are (supposed to be) different than the McDonald's worker. ...or the security guard at the local supermarket! They're trusted with a position in our ( not just theirs asshole) society that requires them to have more poise, prudence and emotional maturity than an average working class person. You're trying to put the justice system in a class with gangsters and the way they do things

  • I think he hates the world and everything in it, and some part of him needs the world to hate him back to justify it all.

Kinda reminds me of Gandolf on Gollum: "He loves and hates the ring just as he loves and hates himself" The ring here being attention.

  • wait what? high ranking judges make judgements on cases due to personnal grievances?

I thought all judgements was based on facts?

  • Inmendham fails :-)

  • @Pawnbacm

I completely agree. The justice system in the United States is suppose to be blind but it is not. Look at American government today. companies can hire armies of lobbyists to sway not only the thoughts of the congressmen, the people too.

  • Nice video, but you left out that the American justice system is, far too often, a corrupt goddamn fucking bullshit ass joke. Money and power is what rolls in America; justice is just the sometimes served a la carte gravy bowl. Right or wrong, legal or illegal, justice or injustice matters not. Fuck America. I don't even care what Gary's deal or issue is. America is bullshit. And that, as opposed to your grammar school lesson on civics and manners, is the straight dope. ɐɔıɹǝɯɐ ssǝlq poƃ.

  • InMendham has a hard time interacting with others because he is the last Cro Magnon man.

  • Good video. I do sympathize with Gary In Mendham and I have made the exact argument posed @3:50. I still hold that position, but it's also true that a lot of Gary's hardship is self-inflicted. This is especially true in these legal matters, it's best to try to use the system however one can. I suppose he can also use his case as an opportunity to stand on his soapbox, but there is a cost to that. So, as much as I appreciate Gary and his philosophy, I also concede the argument in this video.

  • Inmendham is really just one long tragedy that refuses to end.

  • gary FTW!

  • @DaughterofJerusalem~ R maliciously fictitious ~ Ur have Urself 2 blame ~ if that evr sinks in ~

  • @DaughterofJerusalem ~ more like fabricate ~

  • @DaughterofJerusalem ~ U were ~ reply 2 the tag ~ actually

  • a petty weasel.. lol

  • well spoken, The mr. T graphic rocks, its my favorite shirt.

  • All gary cares about is himself. He hates every one else. how can yo trust him?

  • NOPE - [neup] Haaaaaaaahahahaha!!!!!!!! ;)

  • about time ~ thnxs dude

  • @TJae1 So you said I was maliciously incompetent? Now you finally got Inmendham...about time!

  • 1:33 actualy you be malitiously incompetent...

like police/inteligence angency typ people who are conviniently incompetent about laws reguarding the handing of old data which should be removed...

that are then freed from guild for there lack of knowlage...... (not applicable in all legal systems of coarse but these things get more common with higher social class or rank... the law is not blind so much... i just needs reading glasses..)

  • 4:02

Yo, keep Ozzie out of this!

  • Plus that is the best "hello" pic yet. :)

  • It would be kind of fun to play a game where being a dumbass brings you wild success. And good video.

  • Anger is now an outlawed emotion apparently. I might disagree with Gary but the fact that merely getting angry at a public official got him on a 'watch' list is utterly ridiculous.

  • Gary's a fucking idiot.

  • lol this is unrelated but i tried to post a comment on mannixthepirate's video and it said i was blocked from his channel. THats just sad because i only commented on him once and it was just to say that the only reason he is famous is because of tj.

  • So tell me Straightd0pe, if you can't beat'em, join'em?

  • straightd0pe:

IF InMendham actually did ask for your help, would you really? Even after all he's done, including all his crazy antics?

  • once again...very precise and to the point.

  • I've had enough of this commenting lark for one day. I'll check back late tommorow.

  • You like big words, don't you?

  • @fukyous No more than little ones.

  • @straightd0pe

You love snappy little retorts, don't you?

  • @gRaYTaiCho Yep.

  • @straightd0pe

I must admit, and it infuriates me to do so, but this comment made me grin.

    You twat. :P

  • I just read every comment on this video. 90% of these comments are completely biased towards or against Gary. SDs arent any of those btw. ooj and conference make valid points for Gary ooj defends everything gary does tho. SD says hes hurting himself. And thepeach just wastes our time

  • @uKnightd

"ooj defends everything gary does tho"

This is pretty much the only part of your comment that I disagree with strongly and I have evidence to the contrary: watch?v=SRPadHCm3mQ

    "SD says hes hurting himself"

d0pey's 'bend over and take it, shut the fuck up, and don't fight back' attitude is cowardly and clearly biased, if his rights (or those of his loved ones) were infringed upon in the way that Gary's have been I'm sure he wouldn't react in the same manner.

  • @gRaYTaiCho i was referring purely to oojs comments. i dont care about any of his videos.

Its debatable what dope would do in garys position, or say to a loved one in that position. Its interesting. Would you kiss the judges ass even though he should be a making a fair decision and doesnt. Or would you take the moral high road and shoot yourself in the foot by calling him on his abuse of power.

  • @uKnightd Its fascinating. I love it. Garys response appears to be the more ethical one. And really... his language has nothing to do with it. Good luck every catching Gary breaking a speech law.

  • @gRaYTaiCho Hey Gray, when did I ever advise anyone to not fight back? I just recommended using some fucking tact.

  • @straightd0pe

Point taken. I just got the impression you were saying he shouldn't be expressing his outrage towards their bullshit because they'll have no reason to make the process easy/easier for him... it's not like he wants them to make it easier for him anyway, he just wants them to do their jobs and abide by the law.

Personally I don't think I'd be displaying much tact if I was being treated unjustly by the 'justice system' and having my rights fucked with, but that's just me.

  • @straightd0pe When you told Gary to shut his mouth if he wants justice? Law is supposed to be unbiased (blind). We all know the judges are human but, letting this biased behavior fly is absurd. They are supposed to aspire to neutrality. And you want to encourage the opposite. The only ethical response is to speak out

  • @uKnightd Gary has chronic verbal diarrhea. I didn't encourage or justify any impartiality. I am being realistic in recognizing that humans (even judges!) can't be 100% impartial, and a wise person recognizes this fact and doesn't spark or feed any possible prejudice that could occur in a person that one depends on for a decision. Would you walk into a trial wearing a T-shirt that says "Judges Are Fucktards" on it? Though it may be your right, you'd know that it's a stupid thing to do.

  • @straightd0pe Perhaps If that judge was a fucktard. Maybe I would wear a shirt that says "I know a fucktarded judge". Your comparison doesnt quite line up, but w/e. The system is shit. Encouraging bias is also. I give up

  • @straightd0pe

he probably figured he was gonna lose the case anyway so he just wanted the opportunity to swear and insult the judge lolol gary gets off on that type of thing

  • @gRaYTaiCho I invite you to read my responses to Peach, below

  • @uKnightd

I read them all and you make good points, but talking to that peatch beatch is a total waste of time, and I'm sure you already realize this. At least they're there for rational minds to read, although there's not too many of 'em round these parts.

Peach actually accused Gary of "hiding behind his lawyer" [watch?v=Z9Ywav30sCw], that just demonstrates how much she know's about Gary, let alone his cases and their merits. I don't think she's capable of seeing just how hateful she is.

  • @gRaYTaiCho I did realize it was futile. Which is why I didnt respond to them initially but made a general statement about them, which you responded too. ^^

her knowledge is limited, she says herself now that "she doesnt care about the case anymore" but comes and makes sweeping statements about Garys motives and accusations. She only responded to the comment where I mistook something she said.

  • @uKnightd

"She only responded to the comment where I mistook something she said."

Yeah I know, she's real fucking classy like that.

  • @uKnightd

"She only responded to the comment where I mistook something she said."

    She's real classy huh?

  • I was a subscriber to both yourself and Inmendham before this incident kicked off. Your video, and Gary's childish strop that was to ensue, made sure that you are now the only Youtuber out of the two of you who I am still subcribed to. Keep us posted.

  • Always enjoyable, well reasoned and on the money.

  • Like i said before, if all youtubers' channels were like Gary's, Youtube would probably have closed down a few years ago with everyone fed up. I really enjoy your videos, thank you very much for the laughs.

  • Hey, cool. At the time I watched this, I was wearing my shirt that has that exact Mr. T graphic. Cool coincidence

  • You know, Gary has issues with anxiety, and feelings of powerlessness. There is no legal remedy for that. ..Which is why I do have some compassion for him.

  • your videos are always such pure win! Love it!

  • Gary seems to be swallowing this video whole, as it nourishes his feeling of unfair treatment from the "bad person" Judge Harmon. People have been going on about how judges are so human and this is precisely what Gary wants to believe that he has been fucked over by a biased judge due to his own imperfect behavior as a passionate being seeking justice and truth. Never mind that he presented no valid claims, as now Gary seems more inclined to appeal than before, only to lose again.

  • straightd0pe you are made of win. Thanks for being one of the few to call out asshats like Gary.

  • You sound like you have a cock in your mouth. Next time take the penis out, and then speak.

  • @TheSupremeCommentor Inferior comment.

  • @straightd0pe Good answer, hawhaw!

  • @TheSupremeCommentor Stop talking to your Mum like that! =D

  • "...and Brett Keane's dead mother" Oh man did you make me burst out laughing. I love you--I just love you! Yet another brilliant video. Of COURSE he doesn't have the self-control required to be and ADULT. He needs to really learn to see himself for who he really is. He is clueless. He's my age, and has no idea who he is and how he looks.... and Gary, LOSE the ego; the ego that tops all others. You are a laughing stock.

    Outstanding video d0pe!

  • @nicanicabad (2) man u have a lot to say eh? why dont u make a video? yea i guess not eh?

u call gary a coward? u hide behind a blank channel to do that? tits or GTFO

  • @oojamaflipper i'm not hidden in the least. You just haven't been paying attention. Gary is a coward.

    All bullies are.

    I am not.

    I am speaking my mind.

Feel free to sue me, idiot.

  • @nicanicabad oh ur not? sorry.. i guess u never did anythin worth payin attention to then eh?

get back to me when u have an answer eh?

  • @oojamaflipper

Whatever--man, how old are you? Grow the fuck up.

  • @oojamaflipper LMFAO Oh man, I just went and looked at your channel. I'll leave you alone now--flame away. You certainly have enough on your plate already. I'll end this now and resume laughing. Your channel was so worth the 10 seconds of my time. I'm tempted to ask why you dare put YOUR face on YT..but I'm too polite.

  • @nicanicabad lol, an ur gonna tell *me* to grow up?

    lulzzzz

  • @oojamaflipper

Can you speak English? Thank you.

  • @nicanicabad Gary is a lost cause. He is going to end up in a psych-ward or in jail. And his disrespect of the law and as for hittner and harmon, why do they put up such trash from him

  • @ElvisonTour1972 Yes, you said it all! It's amazing that people can filter out his behavior, his insanity, if you will, and find his ideas compelling in any way. Because, once one has gotten to his ideas, they are as crazy as he is. Anyone who claims to be as 'right' as he is, is a danger to society, not a solution.

  • @oojamaflipper

They have a names for people who think putting their face on youtube equals bravery, but I won't use them it since some of the terms are considered offensive to homosexuals.

  • @TheNakedAtheist in and of itself? no it doesnt i agree.

  • @oojamaflipper

You exemplify tremendous idiocy on a regular basis, and more importantly, you and your youtube buddies are mutually sycophantic beyond reason.

  • @0samaBinGhandi

You're right we're fucking sycophantic alright, to our principles and the fucking truth. We fail to be impressed by d0pey's pseudo-intellect or his childish little pictures that make your anuses feel all tingly.

  • Comment removed

  • @nicanicabad There are times when hatred can blind your logic and principles. Might not want to let it do that...

  • @maulcs

gee thanks, that was so insightful. I never thouht of that. I don't hate anyone here--just stupidity.

  • @nicanicabad Then you must hate what 90% of the people are saying here, including yourself and straightd0pe. And this is coming from a guy who hates inmendham.

  • @maulcs

    ugh---yawn---give it rest already.

I love my comments, love d0pes videos, becoming bored with you.

  • @nicanicabad

    lol

  • @nicanicabad Thanks for the response comment. Do think Gary will ever be Stopped By the Law? I hope Eventually. And yes. He is the danger not the solution.

  • @ElvisonTour1972 I think he will stp himself by a malicious accident. lol

  • @nicanicabad But I've already stated my argument here to someone else, so we'll leave it at that. Just a little disappointed in your comments, but I'm sure you are happy enough to disappoint someone who you disagree with, as I would be.

  • @maulcs

    I welcome your disappointment

  • @nicanicabad Well, that was a little redundant.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

oh my god that was awsom funny, thanks for the pickme up. Did he realy publicly call a female judge a c###. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA what a dush bag.

  • Gary/inmendham is just a useless twat on the internet. He isn't worth the time.

  • Gary's mental issues go far beyond agoraphobia. If only it were that simple. Watch just about any of his videos and note the time where he first explodes into a semi-violent state. Gary can't control himself. I suspect that he knows this, and that he isolates himself because of it. But make no mistake about it, Gary's a sick individual that needs help.

I doubt if he'd accept any help though. He's a time bomb. The only question is if he'll take anybody with him, when he self destructs.

  • @ravenslaves Oh man. I agree with you completely. Gary is always on the verge of exploding and breaking down. Perpetually. Constantly.

I suspect the reason he filed in Jonesr's state instead of his own is because if he filed in his own state there would be far more of an onus for him to actually show up in-person. Since it's in Jonesr's state, Gary has a good excuse not to show up.

  • @AnnCunter "Since it's in Jonesr's state, Gary has a good excuse not to show up." That is an excellent point I had never considered.

  • @AnnCunter Yes, showing up seems to have been required of Gary, but he failed to appear, and it seems his case would have been lost due to this failure even had he been able to present a valid claim to copyright violation. Perhaps in this case Gary's previous behavior was a factor in denying his request to use an alternative to showing up in person. The plan was probably as you suggest, but his excuse didn't fly.

  • @AnnCunter

Yes, it's been obvious from the start that he filed in TX for that very reason....not to mention NJ has had enough of his crackpottery. Gary is a coward, remember.

  • Fuck all of you assholes, I'm outta here.

  • @BonzaiBankai jeez--why'd you even bother to comment--lol

  • I strongly suspect that Gary had no case, thus the verdict.

But I also suspect that Gary was awarded a "Dick Ticket", by having to pay for the legal costs. A "Dick Ticket" is when you get pulled over by the police, and 99/100 times they'll just let you go...UNLESS you're a total dick!

And what better way to describe Gary?

And mental "issues" are not an excuse to be a total dick.

  • @ravenslaves If Gary was ordered to pay costs, that means the judges involved mean they view his litigation as frivolous. On the other hand, for a Circuit Judges Court ruling to be overturned at Circuit Court level means they were didn't treat Gary right the 1st time.

I'm not excusing Gary's behavior and believe his litigation was ridiculous, but there may be validity to complaint of high handed behavior against a pro se litigant, at least with 1st dismissal.

  • I thought the bottom of the tin had already been scraped clean. I guess not...

  • @tbroaofbtvohfm

Gary's tin of bullshit and abuse is a 5gallon-er.

  • @nicanicabad And your buckets full of petty comments are a dime a dozen...

  • @tbroaofbtvohfm

well now you know how i paid for my pyramid.

  • You could have summed up your advice as "its okay for people that have an obligation to make a serious, proffesional legal decision to fuck everything up because a personal obstacle", you slimey little cunt.

  • @IcyGoats What you got against slimy little cunts?

  • @Aspartame69 The sliminess and the cuntage.

  • @IcyGoats Your comment could have read "I didn't understand the point of your video because I'm a shit-for-brains."

  • @straightd0pe Let me guess, you're going to try to make out like you were only stating how the legal syStem works and not how it should work? We all know thats bullshit. This whole video was just a big condonation for unproffessional, disgusting behaviour. You clearly have no interest in making things work properly and efficiently, you'd rather just exploit flawes and injustices for your own benefit.

  • @IcyGoats Acting as if systems work exactly the way we want them to, despite the knowledge that they don't, is just foolish. Where do you get the idea that I want to exploit flaws and injustices? At no point did I advocate the way the world works, nor did I justify any impartiality in the judicial system. The fact of the matter is that Gary is behaving like a child and he should recognize that self-restraint is an asset in his endeavours regardless of his principles.

  • @straightd0pe Im sure he does recognize that, frankly. You would just have him win the battle and lose the war. Mostly likely why gRaY referred to your advice as cowardly.

  • @IcyGoats Getting along with people is more often than not, more important than having the proper skills or sometimes even being right. I'm certain that Gary's psychological problems will make it so that he'll be unemployed or underemployed for much of his life.

What he's doing now with this lawsuit is trying to give his life some sort of relevance.

  • @AnnCunter I don't doubt that first statement one bit, but a huge injustice is being done here, and to nit pick at Gary's conduct but not have any comment on the horrible unproffessionalism of these judges is fucking slimey. Whether he rants, shouts, swears or insults judges in his youtube videos should have nothing to do with the determination of his lawsuit. Straightd0pe is playing games.

  • @IcyGoats Are you hoping that Gary's case eventually wins? If so, why? I'd really like this explained.

  • @AnnCunter Don't really give a fuck, but these judges are obviously a bunch of idiot pricks, and the case clearly isn't being dealt with in a manner that could be called anything except disgusting. What we should be hearing is alot more outcry at the behaviour of these legal "proffessionals" and alot less nit picky, bullshit finger pointing.

  • @IcyGoats

    "Don't really give a fuck"

So you don't care about the content of the lawsuit?? lol At least you're honest.

  • @AnnCunter Yeah, I really dont. I care about how powerful legal proffesionals do their jobs, and how it affects people. You're a dick, son.

  • @AnnCunter Also, Gary's behaviour is his own perogative. He may not be helping himself, but I've never seen him act truly maliciously, which is more than I can say for this dickhead.

  • Gary has a mental illness. That is public info (on his site). I think it's getting much worse and I wish he'd get help.

His last inmendham vid is an example. watch?v=a5HND1mKpe4

  • InMendham and straightd0pe seem to be two sides of a narcissistic coin.

  • @frack136 I wouldn't even call straightd0pe narcissistic. But if you think Straightd0pe is on the same level of narcissism than Inmendham, you don't know anything about Inmendham.

  • @AnnCunter The coin is probably heavier on one side than the other, however narcissism has many subtle definitions.

  • @frack136

"the coin is probably heavier on one side than the other"

    You definitely don't know Inmendham.

  • @AnnCunter

    bingfuckingo

  • Inmendham is cute when he tries to use logic. I will have to admit that.

  • @HappyCabbie You're fat.

  • thats fair advice mate..

though judges can be dickheads they are the final answer when you plea for help. great work SD

  • This vid offers good personal advice that will NOT be as likely to be followed due to the enemy source, which helps poison the well. Then there is the stoking of the fires of rage by suggesting the judges really were biased by mere bad behavior, since they are so human, like mere Idol judges. This vid seems calculated to encourage the enemy to assume the judge is corrupt, and to feel even more rage, as if SD is twisting the knife of defeat with hateful delight, hoping his enemy self-destructs

  • Anybody else find it humorously ironic that fox news used part of the video that he put up on youtube? I wonder if he will try to sue them as well but I doubt it.

  • i can agree

  • Your arguments are personal and have no merit. Who cares that the next judge is a colleague ? What's that mean, that she'll be offended and shit on Inmendham's rights? It'll be another judge that will have recuse themself. Why don't you make a legal argument for your side, so we can see what you are defending. And he did bring up a good point, where do you get all these images? I get mine from a creative commons website that allows use without attribution, where do you get yours?

  • Since you are one of the Defendants, do you have a blog where you can post copies of the District Courts dismissing Gary's actions?

  • Comment removed

  • I heard straightd0pe has a penis growing out of his forehead.

  • One of the things I enjoy about your vids are all the pictures you keep bringing up.

How much time do you spend on google finding these images? XD

  • Harman ? Oh , the judge he called "a bitch".

    Dustasteful.

  • straightd0pe ftw

  • @oldhacks That's more like maliciously apathetic.

  • @oldhacks Lol I tried to come up with a phrase to fit all three of your very different examples. I disagree that a person can literally be intentionally incompetent. Incompetence is a deficiency, not a choice.

  • @oldhacks

"well no cuz FDR was hardly feeling apathetic when he allowed the japanese to attack us on pearl harbor"

FDR didnt know the japanese were going to attack pearl harbor. To be fair, they received intel that something was going down against them, but they thought they would attack something like Guam, Wake Island, the Philipenes, or even midway. they didnt expect them to attack everything including their primary base in the pacific with half the fleet guarding it.

  • @straightd0pe A judge not making effort to understand the details of a legal case because of malicious intent could be descibed as maliciously incompetent. Who cares anyway, its just silly, semantic bullshit that shouldn't have made its way into your video, but then what can you expect from someone who argues that judges dont have an obligation to act professionally.

  • straightd0pe for want of a better phrase, You Rule!

    LMAO Epic yet again.

  • Did you even pay attention to how inmendham conducted himself in that call with Hittner, and compare it to how Hittner talked? Go listen to the audio of the call, and you'll see that it was the JUDGE who was acting like he was in a barroom brawl--NOT inmendham (cont)

  • @fulekkei Indeed, Inmendham has been a paragon of propriety regarding ALL his legal proceedings, an old example being that he did JonesR the courtesy of having the case filed in JonesR's state, a more recent example being he's allowed Judge Harmon to have the opportunity to change her rulings (before he takes her to appeals' court and has her publicly spanked, like he did with Hitner).

  • @fulekkei Harmon's rulings have been as radically out of line as Hittner's behavior in that call, and so I ask you: Should we really allow our justice system to be run on the basis of who curries the most favor, versus whose claim is the most justified? Is that really how justice works?

  • @fulekkei As a person who works in the medical field I can tell you that the bigger a doctor's cufflinks and the broader his smile, the more likely he's a jackass who doesn't give too shits about his patients. Imagine if you had to win a doctor over with favors and bribes to obtain health care. Wouldn't that world look a little barbaric? Wouldn't it then be run by thieves, tyrants and loafers?

It would, and I'm disgusted that it is that kind of world you seem to be advocating.

  • @fulekkei Gary did manage to act civilly during that teleconference, but just barely. He very nearly called the judge a fucktard.

I didn't say anything about favours and bribes, I'm talking about resisting the urge to publicly insult people that you expect to work with you. I'm also not advocating any kind of world. If you don't understand that my advice is very obviously sound in the world that we do live in, then you may be a lost cause.

  • @fulekkei ex-fuckin-zactly

  • I miss straightd0pe videos!

  • To see Gary shoot himself in the foot brings joy to my day. That litigious asshole deserves every bit of fail which can be dished out upon him.

  • Gary believes he has many enemies, but his biggest enemy is himself.

  • DonutGod is a total cockmunch

  • I wonder if the FBI saw Gary's vid 'bout Melinda Harmon yet ?.

'Cause I'm sure they would love to watch it so they can prepare a nice little padded cell for him.

  • I'm sure that Gary will get no where with this. He's just rabble-rousing now. Great vid straightd0pe.

  • I'm curious , what is Gary's disability?

  • @robertmike57 Hes retarded.

And some social anxiety. Which more a benefit than a disorder in his case since the way he treats people would lead him to a broken nose ever time he stepped out of his door.

  • @Aspartame69 I see a lot mental impairments in the few videos I seen of him, anxiety doesn't seem to be one of them.

  • @Aspartame69

    BEST COMMENT HERE!!!!!

    love it!!

  • @robertmike57 Agoraphobia, but you wouldn't guess it by watching the videos of him walking outdoors with perfect content.

  • @maulcs

    Agoraphobia? You sure about that?

  • @BonzaiBankai About 95%. Heard him talk about it himself in Stickam (although it was awhile back), and have heard other, reliable people mention it. He's said himself that he hasn't traveled over a 1 mile radius from his house in 20 years. Although I highly doubt that. Could be wrong though.

  • @maulcs

You are wrong, he has an anxiety disorder.

"He's said himself that he hasn't traveled over a 1 mile radius from his house in 20 years."

I've seen all of his videos and I'm in his stickam regularly, but I've never heard him say this. I'm not saying you've made it up, but I think you may be mistaken...

  • @BonzaiBankai The part where I mentioned myself being possibly wrong was the part about my not believing in his 1 mile for over 20 years statement - not about the fact that he has agoraphobia. Trust me, it's correct, and he did indeed make that statement.

  • @robertmike57 He claims to have GAD
