Dah... jackkass. That's the problem and Gary is trying to get that through your thick (mostly bone) head. Judge's are (supposed to be) different than the McDonald's worker. ...or the security guard at the local supermarket! They're trusted with a position in our ( not just theirs asshole) society that requires them to have more poise, prudence and emotional maturity than an average working class person. You're trying to put the justice system in a class with gangsters and the way they do things
I completely agree. The justice system in the United States is suppose to be blind but it is not. Look at American government today. companies can hire armies of lobbyists to sway not only the thoughts of the congressmen, the people too.
Nice video, but you left out that the American justice system is, far too often, a corrupt goddamn fucking bullshit ass joke. Money and power is what rolls in America; justice is just the sometimes served a la carte gravy bowl. Right or wrong, legal or illegal, justice or injustice matters not. Fuck America. Good video. I do sympathize with Gary In Mendham and I have made the exact argument posed @3:50. I still hold that position, but it's also true that a lot of Gary's hardship is self-inflicted. This is especially true in these legal matters, it's best to try to use the system however one can. I suppose he can also use his case as an opportunity to stand on his soapbox, but there is a cost to that. So, as much as I appreciate Gary and his philosophy, I also concede the argument in this video.

@uKnightd Its fascinating. I love it. Garys response appears to be the more ethical one. And really... his language has nothing to do with it. Good luck every catching Gary breaking a speech law.

@uKnightd Gary has chronic verbal diarrhea. I didn't encourage or justify any impartiality. @gRaYTaiCho I did realize it was futile. Which is why I didnt respond to them initially but made a general statement about them, which you responded too. ^^

You know, Gary has issues with anxiety, and feelings of powerlessness. There is no legal remedy for that. ..Which is why I do have some compassion for him.
Gary seems to be swallowing this video whole, as it nourishes his feeling of unfair treatment from the "bad person" Judge Harmon. People have been going on about how judges are so human and this is precisely what Gary wants to believe that he has been fucked over by a biased judge due to his own imperfect behavior as a passionate being seeking justice and truth. Never mind that he presented no valid claims, as now Gary seems more inclined to appeal than before, only to lose again.
"...and Brett Keane's dead mother" Oh man did you make me burst out laughing. I love you--I just love you! Yet another brilliant video. Of COURSE he doesn't have the self-control required to be and ADULT. He needs to really learn to see himself for who he really is. He is clueless. He's my age, and has no idea who he is and how he looks.... and Gary, LOSE the ego; the ego that tops all others. You are a laughing stock.
@oojamaflipper LMFAO Oh man, I just went and looked at your channel. I'll leave you alone now--flame away. You certainly have enough on your plate already. I'll end this now and resume laughing. Your channel was so worth the 10 seconds of my time. I'm tempted to ask why you dare put YOUR face on YT..but I'm too polite.
@nicanicabad Gary is a lost cause. He is going to end up in a psych-ward or in jail. And his disrespect of the law and as for hittner and harmon, why do they put up such trash from him
@ElvisonTour1972 Yes, you said it all! It's amazing that people can filter out his behavior, his insanity, if you will, and find his ideas compelling in any way. Because, once one has gotten to his ideas, they are as crazy as he is. Anyone who claims to be as 'right' as he is, is a danger to society, not a solution.
They have a names for people who think putting their face on youtube equals bravery, but I won't use them it since some of the terms are considered offensive to homosexuals.
You're right we're fucking sycophantic alright, to our principles and the fucking truth. We fail to be impressed by d0pey's pseudo-intellect or his childish little pictures that make your anuses feel all tingly.
You chose a strange direction to take the argument too in the end of your comment.
Sycophancy can't occur between a person and principles, only between people.
You ignored the definition of a word, used it in inaccuracate, ambiguous context, and then present it as an argument; you aren't making a point with critical thought.
Allow me to address "...sycophantic beyond reason."
He validates his pals regardless of a myriad of hypocritical, philosophical and social contradictions.
@nicanicabad Then you must hate what 90% of the people are saying here, including yourself and straightd0pe. And this is coming from a guy who hates inmendham.
@nicanicabad Thanks for the response comment. Do think Gary will ever be Stopped By the Law? I hope Eventually. And yes. He is the danger not the solution.
@nicanicabad But I've already stated my argument here to someone else, so we'll leave it at that. Just a little disappointed in your comments, but I'm sure you are happy enough to disappoint someone who you disagree with, as I would be.
Gary's mental issues go far beyond agoraphobia. If only it were that simple. Watch just about any of his videos and note the time where he first explodes into a semi-violent state. Gary can't control himself. I suspect that he knows this, and that he isolates himself because of it. But make no mistake about it, Gary's a sick individual that needs help.
I doubt if he'd accept any help though. He's a time bomb. The only question is if he'll take anybody with him, when he self destructs.
@ravenslaves Oh man. I agree with you completely. Gary is always on the verge of exploding and breaking down. Perpetually. Constantly.
I suspect the reason he filed in Jonesr's state instead of his own is because if he filed in his own state there would be far more of an onus for him to actually show up in-person. Since it's in Jonesr's state, Gary has a good excuse not to show up.
@AnnCunter Yes, showing up seems to have been required of Gary, but he failed to appear, and it seems his case would have been lost due to this failure even had he been able to present a valid claim to copyright violation. Perhaps in this case Gary's previous behavior was a factor in denying his request to use an alternative to showing up in person. The plan was probably as you suggest, but his excuse didn't fly.
Yes, it's been obvious from the start that he filed in TX for that very reason....not to mention NJ has had enough of his crackpottery. Gary is a coward, remember.
I strongly suspect that Gary had no case, thus the verdict.
But I also suspect that Gary was awarded a "Dick Ticket", by having to pay for the legal costs. A "Dick Ticket" is when you get pulled over by the police, and 99/100 times they'll just let you go...UNLESS you're a total dick!
And what better way to describe Gary?
And mental "issues" are not an excuse to be a total dick.
@ravenslaves If Gary was ordered to pay costs, that means the judges involved mean they view his litigation as frivolous. On the other hand, for a Circuit Judges Court ruling to be overturned at Circuit Court level means they were didn't treat Gary right the 1st time.
I'm not excusing Gary's behavior and believe his litigation was ridiculous, but there may be validity to complaint of high handed behavior against a pro se litigant, at least with 1st dismissal.
You could have summed up your advice as "its okay for people that have an obligation to make a serious, proffesional legal decision to fuck everything up because a personal obstacle", you slimey little cunt.
@straightd0pe Let me guess, you're going to try to make out like you were only stating how the legal syStem works and not how it should work? We all know thats bullshit. This whole video was just a big condonation for unproffessional, disgusting behaviour. You clearly have no interest in making things work properly and efficiently, you'd rather just exploit flawes and injustices for your own benefit.
@IcyGoats Acting as if systems work exactly the way we want them to, despite the knowledge that they don't, is just foolish. Where do you get the idea that I want to exploit flaws and injustices? At no point did I advocate the way the world works, nor did I justify any impartiality in the judicial system. The fact of the matter is that Gary is behaving like a child and he should recognize that self-restraint is an asset in his endeavours regardless of his principles.
@straightd0pe Im sure he does recognize that, frankly. You would just have him win the battle and lose the war. Mostly likely why gRaY referred to your advice as cowardly.
@IcyGoats Getting along with people is more often than not, more important than having the proper skills or sometimes even being right. I'm certain that Gary's psychological problems will make it so that he'll be unemployed or underemployed for much of his life.
What he's doing now with this lawsuit is trying to give his life some sort of relevance.
@AnnCunter I don't doubt that first statement one bit, but a huge injustice is being done here, and to nit pick at Gary's conduct but not have any comment on the horrible unproffessionalism of these judges is fucking slimey. Whether he rants, shouts, swears or insults judges in his youtube videos should have nothing to do with the determination of his lawsuit. Straightd0pe is playing games.
@AnnCunter Don't really give a fuck, but these judges are obviously a bunch of idiot pricks, and the case clearly isn't being dealt with in a manner that could be called anything except disgusting. What we should be hearing is alot more outcry at the behaviour of these legal "proffessionals" and alot less nit picky, bullshit finger pointing.
@AnnCunter Also, Gary's behaviour is his own perogative. He may not be helping himself, but I've never seen him act truly maliciously, which is more than I can say for this dickhead.
@frack136 I wouldn't even call straightd0pe narcissistic. But if you think Straightd0pe is on the same level of narcissism than Inmendham, you don't know anything about Inmendham.
This vid offers good personal advice that will NOT be as likely to be followed due to the enemy source, which helps poison the well. Then there is the stoking of the fires of rage by suggesting the judges really were biased by mere bad behavior, since they are so human, like mere Idol judges. This vid seems calculated to encourage the enemy to assume the judge is corrupt, and to feel even more rage, as if SD is twisting the knife of defeat with hateful delight, hoping his enemy self-destructs
Anybody else find it humorously ironic that fox news used part of the video that he put up on youtube? I wonder if he will try to sue them as well but I doubt it.
Your arguments are personal and have no merit. Who cares that the next judge is a colleague ? What's that mean, that she'll be offended and shit on Inmendham's rights? It'll be another judge that will have recuse themself. Why don't you make a legal argument for your side, so we can see what you are defending. And he did bring up a good point, where do you get all these images? I get mine from a creative commons website that allows use without attribution, where do you get yours?
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
you can be maliciously incompetent. "pearl harbor" comes to mind. umm 9/11 comes to mind.the health care bill comes to mind. anyone who sees something as important and then acts as though its not important would be acting maliciously incompetent. or purposefully incompetent.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@straightd0pe well no cuz FDR was hardly feeling apathetic when he allowed the japanese to attack us on pearl harbor. he was deliberately standing down. which would be considered a form of incompetency.
@oldhacks Lol I tried to come up with a phrase to fit all three of your very different examples. I disagree that a person can literally be intentionally incompetent. Incompetence is a deficiency, not a choice.
"well no cuz FDR was hardly feeling apathetic when he allowed the japanese to attack us on pearl harbor"
FDR didnt know the japanese were going to attack pearl harbor. To be fair, they received intel that something was going down against them, but they thought they would attack something like Guam, Wake Island, the Philipenes, or even midway. they didnt expect them to attack everything including their primary base in the pacific with half the fleet guarding it.
@straightd0pe A judge not making effort to understand the details of a legal case because of malicious intent could be descibed as maliciously incompetent. Who cares anyway, its just silly, semantic bullshit that shouldn't have made its way into your video, but then what can you expect from someone who argues that judges dont have an obligation to act professionally.
Did you even pay attention to how inmendham conducted himself in that call with Hittner, and compare it to how Hittner talked? Go listen to the audio of the call, and you'll see that it was the JUDGE who was acting like he was in a barroom brawl--NOT inmendham (cont)
@fulekkei Indeed, Inmendham has been a paragon of propriety regarding ALL his legal proceedings, an old example being that he did JonesR the courtesy of having the case filed in JonesR's state, a more recent example being he's allowed Judge Harmon to have the opportunity to change her rulings (before he takes her to appeals' court and has her publicly spanked, like he did with Hitner).
@fulekkei Harmon's rulings have been as radically out of line as Hittner's behavior in that call, and so I ask you: Should we really allow our justice system to be run on the basis of who curries the most favor, versus whose claim is the most justified? Is that really how justice works?
@fulekkei As a person who works in the medical field I can tell you that the bigger a doctor's cufflinks and the broader his smile, the more likely he's a jackass who doesn't give too shits about his patients. Imagine if you had to win a doctor over with favors and bribes to obtain health care. Wouldn't that world look a little barbaric? Wouldn't it then be run by thieves, tyrants and loafers?
It would, and I'm disgusted that it is that kind of world you seem to be advocating.
@fulekkei Gary did manage to act civilly during that teleconference, but just barely. He very nearly called the judge a fucktard.
I didn't say anything about favours and bribes, I'm talking about resisting the urge to publicly insult people that you expect to work with you. I'm also not advocating any kind of world. If you don't understand that my advice is very obviously sound in the world that we do live in, then you may be a lost cause.
And some social anxiety. Which more a benefit than a disorder in his case since the way he treats people would lead him to a broken nose ever time he stepped out of his door.
@BonzaiBankai About 95%. Heard him talk about it himself in Stickam (although it was awhile back), and have heard other, reliable people mention it. He's said himself that he hasn't traveled over a 1 mile radius from his house in 20 years. Although I highly doubt that. Could be wrong though.
"He's said himself that he hasn't traveled over a 1 mile radius from his house in 20 years."
I've seen all of his videos and I'm in his stickam regularly, but I've never heard him say this. I'm not saying you've made it up, but I think you may be mistaken...
@BonzaiBankai The part where I mentioned myself being possibly wrong was the part about my not believing in his 1 mile for over 20 years statement - not about the fact that he has agoraphobia. Trust me, it's correct, and he did indeed make that statement.
Dah... jackkass. That's the problem and Gary is trying to get that through your thick (mostly bone) head. Never mind that he presented no valid claims, as now Gary seems more inclined to appeal than before, only to lose again.

Gary/inmendham is just a useless twat on the internet. He isn't worth the time.
MagnusIan 1 year ago
Gary's mental issues go far beyond agoraphobia. If only it were that simple. Watch just about any of his videos and note the time where he first explodes into a semi-violent state. Gary can't control himself. I suspect that he knows this, and that he isolates himself because of it. But make no mistake about it, Gary's a sick individual that needs help.
I doubt if he'd accept any help though. He's a time bomb. The only question is if he'll take anybody with him, when he self destructs.
ravenslaves 1 year ago
@ravenslaves Oh man. I agree with you completely. Gary is always on the verge of exploding and breaking down. Perpetually. Constantly.
I suspect the reason he filed in Jonesr's state instead of his own is because if he filed in his own state there would be far more of an onus for him to actually show up in-person. Since it's in Jonesr's state, Gary has a good excuse not to show up.
AnnCunter 1 year ago 3
@AnnCunter "Since it's in Jonesr's state, Gary has a good excuse not to show up." That is an excellent point I had never considered.
SpinozasPsyche 1 year ago
@AnnCunter Yes, showing up seems to have been required of Gary, but he failed to appear, and it seems his case would have been lost due to this failure even had he been able to present a valid claim to copyright violation. Perhaps in this case Gary's previous behavior was a factor in denying his request to use an alternative to showing up in person. The plan was probably as you suggest, but his excuse didn't fly.
gedgetips 1 year ago
@AnnCunter

And mental "issues" are not an excuse to be a total dick.
ravenslaves 1 year ago
@ravenslaves If Gary was ordered to pay costs, that means the judges involved mean they view his litigation as frivolous. On the other hand, for a Circuit Judges Court ruling to be overturned at Circuit Court level means they were didn't treat Gary right the 1st time.
I'm not excusing Gary's behavior and believe his litigation was ridiculous, but there may be validity to complaint of high handed behavior against a pro se litigant, at least with 1st dismissal.

IcyGoats 1 year ago
@IcyGoats Acting as if systems work exactly the way we want them to, despite the knowledge that they don't, is just foolish. Where do you get the idea that I want to exploit flaws and injustices? At no point did I advocate the way the world works, nor did I justify any impartiality in the judicial system. The fact of the matter is that Gary is behaving like a child and he should recognize that self-restraint is an asset in his endeavours regardless of his principles.
straightd0pe 1 year ago 16
@straightd0pe Im sure he does recognize that, frankly. You would just have him win the battle and lose the war. Mostly likely why gRaY referred to your advice as cowardly.
uKnightd 1 year ago
@IcyGoats Getting along with people is more often than not, more important than having the proper skills or sometimes even being right. I'm certain that Gary's psychological problems will make it so that he'll be unemployed or underemployed for much of his life.
What he's doing now with this lawsuit is trying to give his life some sort of relevance.
AnnCunter 1 year ago
@AnnCunter I don't doubt that first statement one bit, but a huge injustice is being done here, and to nit pick at Gary's conduct but not have any comment on the horrible unproffessionalism of these judges is fucking slimey. Whether he rants, shouts, swears or insults judges in his youtube videos should have nothing to do with the determination of his lawsuit. Straightd0pe is playing games.
IcyGoats 1 year ago
@IcyGoats Are you hoping that Gary's case eventually wins? If so, why? I'd really like this explained.
AnnCunter 1 year ago
@AnnCunter Don't really give a fuck, but these judges are obviously a bunch of idiot pricks, and the case clearly isn't being dealt with in a manner that could be called anything except disgusting. What we should be hearing is alot more outcry at the behaviour of these legal "proffessionals" and alot less nit picky, bullshit finger pointing.

Your arguments are personal and have no merit. Who cares that the next judge is a colleague ? What's that mean, that she'll be offended and shit on Inmendham's rights? It'll be another judge that will have recuse themself. Why don't you make a legal argument for your side, so we can see what you are defending. @oldhacks Lol I tried to come up with a phrase to fit all three of your very different examples. I disagree that a person can literally be intentionally incompetent. Incompetence is a deficiency, not a choice.
straightd0pe 1 year ago 4
@oldhacks
"well no cuz FDR was hardly feeling apathetic when he allowed the japanese to attack us on pearl harbor"
FDR didnt know the japanese were going to attack pearl harbor. To be fair, they received intel that something was going down against them, but they thought they would attack something like Guam, Wake Island, the Philipenes, or even midway. they didnt expect them to attack everything including their primary base in the pacific with half the fleet guarding it.
boonw 1 year ago 2
@straightd0pe A judge not making effort to understand the details of a legal case because of malicious intent could be descibed as maliciously incompetent. Who cares anyway, its just silly, semantic bullshit that shouldn't have made its way into your video, but then what can you expect from someone who argues that judges dont have an obligation to act professionally.

Did you even pay attention to how inmendham conducted himself in that call with Hittner, and compare it to how Hittner talked? Go listen to the audio of the call, and you'll see that it was the JUDGE who was acting like he was in a barroom brawl--NOT inmendham (cont)
fulekkei 1 year ago
@fulekkei Indeed, Inmendham has been a paragon of propriety regarding ALL his legal proceedings, an old example being that he did JonesR the courtesy of having the case filed in JonesR's state, a more recent example being he's allowed Judge Harmon to have the opportunity to change her rulings (before he takes her to appeals' court and has her publicly spanked, like he did with Hitner).
fulekkei 1 year ago
@fulekkei Harmon's rulings have been as radically out of line as Hittner's behavior in that call, and so I ask you: Should we really allow our justice system to be run on the basis of who curries the most favor, versus whose claim is the most justified? Is that really how justice works?
fulekkei 1 year ago
@fulekkei As a person who works in the medical field I can tell you that the bigger a doctor's cufflinks and the broader his smile, the more likely he's a jackass who doesn't give too shits about his patients. Imagine if you had to win a doctor over with favors and bribes to obtain health care. Wouldn't that world look a little barbaric? Wouldn't it then be run by thieves, tyrants and loafers?
It would, and I'm disgusted that it is that kind of world you seem to be advocating.
fulekkei 1 year ago
@fulekkei Gary did manage to act civilly during that teleconference, but just barely. He very nearly called the judge a fucktard.
I didn't say anything about favours and bribes, I'm talking about resisting the urge to publicly insult people that you expect to work with you. I'm also not advocating any kind of world. If you don't understand that my advice is very obviously sound in the world that we do live in, then you may be a lost cause.
