I love the title, I am glad this isn't called a "professional tutorial" it is the lazy way to get around things but take the time without using the dodge and burn and raping the picture makes it come out better. But this is a great way to around hours of work.
nice, ive tried to use the smudge tool for this effect but cant get it right. what strength is the smudge tool set at?

hye friend.. i mostly use 50% for small brush. and for big brush, i use 30%.. hope that will help :D .. good luck!
