I noticed that sometimes your landing hard. If you increase your flexibility your legs will straighten out and you'll not only look smoother but land smoother as well. I'm in martial arts too and I found that flexibility is more helpful than I thought.

Lol ya I know I weigh two and a half farts or so. But umm no I don't have a camera yet... Anyway this is wat seems to happen: I take the turn, bend a little bit, throw up my arms and non-kicking leg, then follow with the kicking leg, and then when I attempt to land I either don't make it far enough, or I somehow overspin and land on my back. I sometimes even have moments when I can't seem to take off very well. Hope that explains it.
