Thanks for the post...just finished watching. Brought back memories, My favourite part of the game is when Gomez is ducking and his eyes are quickly shifting back and forth. I think only a gaming deity could pull the entire game off on a single life.

on the original NES game, the big final guy looked like lurch, and considering we didn't have to save him, I just figured we had to kill him, because he wanted the addams' money

You're right about that.

This used to be an old fave of mine. Even though the gameplay (simple as it was) had its minor flaws, the game as a whole had a charm that just couldn't be ignored.

While the Nasty Judge IS one of the easiest bosses in the game, there's just something about beating him that gives you a real sense of achievement. Maybe it's got something to do with the great lengths you have to go through before you eventually get that far! =D

i could never finish this game as a kid back in the day, even when i revisited it as a teen i never had the fortitude to see out every level.
