To me, the most impressive thing about "Coraline" is that it was all done by hand using models and stop-motion animation. I am glad to see that there is still a place for old-school hands-on work in a digital, CGI age.

Equally impressive is the way the modelers made the clothes using knitting needles the thickness of a human hair!
