The reason why the PS3 version of Black Ops sucks is because it wasn't supposed to be on PS3. Activision wanted to make more money so they ported the game from the 360 version and only put in enough effort so that it would play on the system. Things like frame rate, curving bullets, and hit detection that Xbox people complain about is worse on the PS3.

you are so right about the public matches on ps3 vs xbox, it`s exactly the same, I have both consolles so I have noticed this too. I prefer to play mw2 on ps3 because it just runs flawless, it will probably be the same on mw3 because it will have the same engine.. :) only differense I have noticed is that the snipers on ps3 are insane good, probably because the controller is way better :)
