spammer are people that always uses the same attacks like tapions sword buster, you know its hard to dodge this, and if he has items equiped like fast ki charging and stronger blast you wont have a chance to answer on his attacks, and dc ers (disconnecters) are people that cant take any loses and they dont want to have a lose in their ranking or they dont want to lose points in ranking battle, if they are going to lose, they cut the connection and the connection is timed out
