Great song. This video justifies my fear of Santa Clause. Greg Dulli just did a great Leonard Cohen cover for his new compilation album if you like this you definitely need to check it out
molto bella la canzone, assomiglia molto a un brano dei primissimi anni 90 "Dead Man's bones" dei BLOODNOISE (Flame of Vision) youtube.com/watch?v=uN-U6rZWWD0 . anche il video mi ricorda le atmosfere di quella band !
@notcrazyjustyet its about the growing drug problem in america. "On the coner" (where people sell the drugs) "All take your meds" (the drugs) "All rise with me" (stand up agianst the problem) ??? well this is what i get out of the song.
If The Twilight Singers are playing in your area, just go. I was fortunate enough to be in an intimate setting a few months ago where they kicked ass that night with some great improvs and interludes.
@incarolina Check out The Afghan Whigs. Greg Dulli was the lead in that band before this... His music is some of the best I've ever heard no matter what mix of musicians he's with!

@lakotasue - You might want to check out Greg Dulli's earlier work with Afghan Whigs, especially the 90's masterpiece CONGREGATION. So many great songs on that CD.
I have to say Greg is my hero or all heroes when it comes to music. But the videos always leave me wanting just a little more. This is one of the best songs on the album. Just wish the video was fleshed out a little bit because this is not the images I had in my head upon first listening to it.
don't get me wrong....i love it. i love just about anything Dulli ever touched. but i can't help but notice the melody in this song is very close to their cover of "black is the color of my true love's hair". just an observation.
Dulli leaves me breathless. Doesn't matter if its the Afghan Whigs, Gutter Twins or Twilight Singers. I agree 1969goliath....The Savior of Misbehavior!
Greg Dulli has been a part of my musical life for 20 years; and nothing would make me happier if he was around for another 20. His music has always provided a haven for me and reminder that I'm not alone in this world. Greg is The Savior of Misbehavior!
One of the greatest band in human history!
And Greg's voice is something just AMAZING!
