That is not proof that Russia supports terrorism and supplies terrorist organisations with weapons, just an assumption, most weapons are acquired by these organisations through black markets and looted during or after conflicts, the latest example is Libya, majority of small arms which belonged to the Libyan military will now most likely end up in black markets across North Africa and the Middle East and eventually in the hands of insurgents or some terrorist organisations.
