Found it amusing that you used the words "Harrasing my videos and my listeners with your venom."

i read what he did, and i wouldn't call that "venom."

Instead of taking it a total negative way which he might have intended it, you could have looked at ti and said, well i did pause at 1:43ish and i messed up. You could look at it as Constructive Criticism even if it is intended in a wrong way. Becuase when you insult someone who has insulted you, it just brings you down to their level.

@yesway112 To be fair, when he first wrote his initial comments on this video, I wrote to him privately explaining that this was footage of one of my very first concerts, and that yes I made mistakes. I would post the letter here, for all to read, however there is a 500 character maximum. He continued to write rude comments on the video and to me personally as well, and that is what prompted my response below.

If you are truly a musician, then you know that there is no such thing as a perfect performance. This piece is still amazing, even if there are a few mess ups. She doesn't show any signs of fumbling across the keys or getting frustraited with an error, she does what every great musician does: accepts it and moves on with the show. This was a fantastic piece, I hope you continue to write more great songs like this.

@elliottnap123 Changing tempo throughout a song fluidly is typically referred to in the industry as "emotion" (e.g. "playing with emotion"). Rigid tempo alignment simply sounds robotic when performed live - especially with this particular genre of music.

Perfection in music is and should never be achieved. It is the imperfection that makes a piece human. It is emotion that gives it a soul.

It is still fabulous music, and I bought the album with this song(sorry I forget the name of album) besides, tempo changes in tons of music. Everyone rants and raves about your perfection....but as a fellow musician, I must tell you this piece was rushed and sloppy. I hear several mistakes. You hold your sustain too long and you lack dynamics. Your playing is a little robotic and generic. If I were you, this wouldnt be the example that I would have posted of myself playing. I dont mean to be harsh but its a harsh world and if everyone keeps telling you how spectacular you are you wont improve. You have ability.
