  • i just boost her if need be. and i dont have gauges so i cant monitor them :(

i figure with the intake and exhaust, ima get a TW and just take her easy on econo 80, then get gauges.

  • if you dont have a 3" DP, get one, i got one, top end power went WAYYYY UP! but its a PITA to get it off. it will end up taking you like 4 hours. but make sure you hammer the firewall back enough, because it rattles on the firewall and makes the cab REALLY LOUD, but i think mine is conforming now, cause when i turn right it goes away :)

  • Yeah, she's downpiped. Bottom end did suffer which I regret, however egt's are much cooler now, I can't get it to 1200 unloaded now, very happy.

  • *Windows up for the shot

  • Seems a little quiet for a straight pipe especcially for a powerstroker.

  • That's what I thought, I took the converter off the next day, I don't think the muffler was doing anything at all. I guess I shouldn't have called it a true straightpipe. The cat made the big difference and let it whistle more, still not too annoying from the driver's seat, but you're right, for a 4" with 3.5" Downpipe, thankfully, it isn't as noisy as most International diesels of this trucks age. group. Thanks very much for the comment I appreciate any and all input.

  • oh man. ha u straight a 6.9 or 7.3 IDI non-turbo, and be ready for some LOUD exhaust lol
