im considering getting the invisalin teen !!!! do you put them in a casewhen you eat or do you just hold them, also how do you notforget to switwch out the pair?
@shopashoe They wrote dates on the small bags that my next 2 sets are in so i know what day to change them, im probably going to put it on my calender too and set a reminder on my phone to make sure i dont forget lol
@NatndNess I got my impressions right before I took out my wisdom teeth. This took 52 min at the dentist. Then it took 8 min to get all 4 min wisdom teeth out. So you can get them "fitted" while you still have your wisdom teeth but you'll need to extract your wisdom teeth in order to start the invisalign program. At least that was my case. Maybe your dentist or ortho might be different. Hope this helped; if not sorry for wasting your time.
@Cookies0159 not really at all, they seem noticable to you since your the one wearing them but when the nurse put them in for me the doctor came in and asked if i had them in or not because she couldnt even tell! My mom couldnt tell they were in either!
@BarbieUniverse You dont get just one set of trays, you have multiples. I'll be going through 10 sets of them until im done, which also means taking new impressions of my teeth every time i get my new sets. Its well worth the cost. Mine was about $4,200
I have been wearing inviaslign for a year now mine were 32 hundred not that bad about the sane as metal ones and if your in school our out in public i would go to the bathroom or somthing or put a napkin to ur mouth as if u were wiping it of and pop them out so no spit or anything come out lol but i love them and the little things on her teeth are suppose to help hold them on. If you have any questions i can help :)
@TheOrangeSpice it depends on your treatment....if its going to be under 12 months you can get the for a bettter deal. each dentist kind of sets their own price. groupon had a daily deal for 2999 for a 12 month treatment plan...im getting mine for 3800 because i have to wear them for about 13-15 months. my teeth arent too crooked but they have to be moved so that takes time, thus the 13-15 months.
do you have to pay for each retainer tray or do you pay it all in the beginning because im gettin my first tray next week and they charged me 250 bucks but is that only for the first tray?
i have them in now and im on tray 14 out of 20 and my teeth were straight at 11. its a process and sometime hurts but its well worth it in the end. when youre done you will never have to worry about your smile again. say goodbye to crooked theeth!
thanks girl im looking into getting invisalign but my parents told me to research on it first and can u tell me how much they cost or whats the range of the prices
@NatndNess If your wisdom teeth are already in then you wont, but if they dont have any space to grow into place (like with me) then youll have to get them removed.
@NatndNess I'm an invisilaign user and I have wisdom teeth growing by a little. They don't seem to want to take it out. So I don't think you need to get them out.
Does wearing Invisalign require removal of wisdom teeth. I don't know much about teeth but my cousin got braces and the doctor removed his wisdom teeth
Just so people know, I've checked into getting Invisalign and the price was around $5600. I'm guessing this price will vary by location/orthodontist, but you definitely WILL pay more than $1000.
@594JLP Just got back from the orthadontist and got fitted for them and signed on the dotted line. Total cam out to about 4200. would have been 6500 for 5 years (104 monthly payments) with no down payment cuz the interest was 15% but since I put a 1200 down payment I got 0 interest and 130 payment a month for two years.
i have like perfect teeth i just have a gap and a overbite but i need 21 for the top and only 9 for the bottom! can u belive that 21 for a gap and a overbite! geez!
Most orthodontists will tell you that they can get a better bite with braces in most cases. The bite is super important because the teeth won't stay as straight if the bite is not corrected.
Hi i had the same question and i called to a dentist office and they told medicaid doesnt cover this kind of braces because is consider a luxury and not a necessity =/ i know i was disappointed too but this is NJ idk if it is the same everywhere =]
@smileyluv97 Generally no, medicaid does not cover any cosmetic procedures such as braces or invisalign. However, it depends on the state that you live in.
I can defenatly tell a difference!:) I've had my braces taken off about 5:00pm yesterday and it is now 4:20am in the morning in England (were 5-6 hours ahead than America i think) and it still feels really weird and i keep thinking im never going to get used to it!:/ I had normal metal ones though but all my friends had them so i wasnt alone!:L
The little notches are so that the invisalines and click on easier for people with thinner teeth me personally I have to get them but they come off when the treatment is done and they are not noticeable
ugh those look like my retainer! I hate that thing. I'd honestly be really bad at keeping up with the invisalign. I didn't have to worry about keeping up with my braces as much
Do you know if you can by this at a store or something a little bit similar..?? because like my front teeth on the top are like not straight.. and i really hate them... And you got them at the dentist right..? Soo like what you had to do... Do you just ask your dendist for them... by the way how much they cost... :D sorry for to many questions but am really woried about my teeth... thanxxx and hope you reply back.... Bye.... :)
@miamoore66879 Yes they are noticeable especially when you are not wearing your trays. So if you were your trays like your supposed to then you wont even be worried about it.
@miamoore66879 seriously? your complaining about little dots on your teeth when you could be having to wear rail road tracks in your mouth? come on, be thankful this is even an option, those little dots on your teeth are nothing compared to normal braces.

@sweetivettforever Yes you can get insurance that will give you coverage for orthodontics. And depending on the orthodontist you go to they may set up a payment plan for you.
My teeth are so similar to yours so I am so happy to have stumbled upon your page! I have been considering invisalign for awhile now so this review has been very helpful. do you recommend getting rid of your wisdom teeth and/or extra teeth that are not in alignment or are all over the place out first before doing the invisalign treatment? I'm trying to save up for them since im too old for braces now ^__^ and oh... how is it going for you? do u like it so far? thanks
@Memories11506 I believe you def should get your wisdom teeth our first because when those start growing in then its going to push the rest of your teeth. I reccomend invisalign to everyone looking into it. Its a slow process, especially if your impatient like me :). Its all totally worth it. So far so good with me.

You are gorgeous. I would love to subscribe but I don't really no what videos you are going to make. Lol I am 15 so I don't need to watch baby reviews. I would definitly sub to you if you did like makeup and hair reviews and tutorials. I really like your hair so can you do your everyday routine for me? What shampoo conditioner do you use? Sraightener blowdryer stuff like that. It would be really helpful.
