The Bad Plus are one of the kind. Of those 1000 or so global gigs, at least I can say the audience at one of them were gripped in spell-bind. I was fortunate to be front row, equally so. Such a quirky and like-able trio with a mixed social class dress code and musical bag of tricks. Mr King was frighteningly unbelievable; as a collective, well...who's like them?!

I got the Never Stop album when the boys were in Sydney recently - brilliant - People Like You has had me in tears twice already - now that's music making - I'd say that track will go on my list of all time favourites already - thanks boys!!

I'm ecstatic about this album's release. I heard them play the song 'you are' about a year ago and I've just bee waiting for them to lay it down. Not only are they all virtuosos in their own rights, the just seem like a cool group of individuals. They rock, and hope they continue to make music for years because they've become the only band I pay to go see.

i've been listening to this group for a long time. it's bizarre to think, the last —and only time—i heard "people like you" was almost 3 years ago during a set they played at some bar in the bowery. Just from that one time, i can recall the melody, and how great it was. after sitting on it for that long... glad they finally laid it down.
