@bigsleep32 Yes, she's not "Megan Fox" hot, but the character she plays isnt supposed to be idiot. She is more of a realistic portrait of an insignificant, ok-looking woman with a crappy desk job. When I saw the first episode of the first season, like many, she didn't exactly appear as sexy. That's the point of the show(both UK/US versions), the cast is made up of mostly average looking people in an American work place, not Brad Pitts, however the characters grow on you through out the seasons.
