Hmong new year is located at the Seattle Center, right next to the Space Needle. Hmong people hang's out everywhere! Everyone's busy, the Hmong population isn't so big there as well so we're all over the place. If you want to check out some Hmong people, there are lots selling fresh flowers at The Pike Place Market (:

Well, it was actually an open dance floor/party to the public since the Seattle Hmong New Year is held in a public free admission center house. But yes, there was quite a lot of people.

Hmong singers? In Seattle/WA? I don't think so. Not that I know of; there are local bands and such but "big" Hmong singers, no. And yes, Bruce Lee and Brandon's grave are buried in a public cemetery so yes, it's free of course.

No, it's fine. Yes they're pretty organize and strong, especially since the Hmong population here isn't all that big, we all tend to support each other and stay strong as one. They have their own website as well.
