Bleu is the man! He created a masterpiece with this album! Plus as an special added bonus treat, Andy Sturmer is on it. Wow. Wish they would have played one show with Andy in the drummers seat. Maybe a sequel! With Andy and Roger! Hey, I can dream right. They could be on oposite sides of the stage so they don't have to stand by each other! Oh how I wish Jellyfish could give it another try!!!!! BooooHoooooo! But at least we have Bleu, whos music is way more than a consolation prize! Thanks Bleu!
This album was given to me by a friend yesterday ad it hasn't left my cd player and Ipod since! I really love it a lot and it's the first time since Jellyfish I heard Andy S again. What's he doing now? This album goes next to "Armchair Theatre" and "Spilt Milk" in my all time favorite list!
You know what I really love about this album, not just that I love it, it's fab, but that my kids are growing up listening to it. So when they're making their Hannah Montana/HSM mix cd's there'll be a few songs from this album on it to make their pals think!
Thank god for this album. No Rewind by Orchestra came out in 2001..and then nothing..I ran across this at Borders and was like what is LEO!?! Bought it, and instantly fell in love...I will say musically this album is totally tops, but the lyrics are really super meaningless..don't start analyze them or else! Apparently Hanson is on this?
LEO is an "homage" to the band ELO, but really it stands on it's own and the songs at best only somewhat invoke an ELO song occassionally. If you love pop music, with super production and songwriting, then this is for you.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Wonderful to see gifted people paying homage to the wonder of Jeff Lynne and E.L.O.! I am buying this album!!!!!! I am telling all my friends to as well. They all love E.L.O.! If any one has more songs from the alpacas orgling album, please post!
@KahlaraeLover "L.E.O." Is an E.L.O. tribute band. Notice how he said "wonderful to see gifted people paying homage to...E.L.O."? Yeah. And you shouldn't be correcting anyone's spelling (Their ≠ There ).
is this the much missed ELO's next generation? Amazing...I feel as if I'm listening "a new world record" or "out of the blue", good talents, pity haven't heard about them up to now...
3:04 jesus christ, that's fucking gorgeous.

That vocal bridge by Andy Sturmer is one of the most incredible things I've ever heard:
"Time's such a cunning thief
steal your dreams
cause you grief
no sense in crying 'bout tomorrow
sometimes you just have got to stand there waving"

Agreed - it's incredible to hear Andy's voice on such a beautiful song, too. His collaboration with L.E.O. is G.O.L.D.
