  • I want one! It's really just a small saw-mill for square stock. Just frickin sweet!

    But if only machines of today were built like that... But sadly, they are far from it. All plastic, aluminum, and built in China by unskilled labor with sub-par materials. Never again will we have the Iron masterpieces of days gone by. Sad, but true.

    We now live in a disposable world, with idiots who care only about saving a buck, rather than having a product their great-grandchildren could still use. So sad.

  • Pickles were based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire but were never owned by Wadkin. The only Wadkin-Pickles machine ever made was the ST stair trencher the design of which passed to Calder Woodworking who were a dealer eventually bought out by Wadkin
