@lacrossed6 Um HAI no. 1. NOT A DOUBLE TRACK. Listen to the chorus and the breakdown closely. 2 Separate notes. They are harmonies. 2. HARMONIES ARE NOT ALWAYS 5ths. In fact, at the end of the chorus the harmonies (On the "Finished with You") Are 8ths. It depends on the chord that fits the scale of the song.

the double voice thing you are talking about is called a dub. the artist does it to get a harmony feel in the song.

Not a harmony....a harmony is a couple (or more) different pitches...but the un-evenness in double tracking creates a thicker sound. It's rare these days to hear a vocal track that hasn't been doubled.
