  • Wow - that looks great Tim. I'll have to try it in 2 weeks when I start Phase 3 (I can hardly wait). Love my results so far, but I'm ready to stabilize and take a long break until New Years to get my body totally stabilized and used to being at this new weight for longer than 6 weeks!

    You did it again! And it's chocolate too! YUMMM....you know, I couldn't have survived loosing this 43.1lbs without my chocolate delight, now you've gone and did it again...How much more can a girl take.... LOL :) Thanks for being so creative....We love love love you! :)

  • I was a little concerned as well when seeing the pic, but am relieved after watching the vid. You are AMAZING... and again ROCKED MY WORLD....lol.

    A few already tweaked it:

    Mixing sugar free gelatin with the cream cheese or vanilla or coconut or yogurt.. I didn't have any heavy cream but of course you can make sugar free whipped cream at home.

    Some used a different type of flat bread for the crust - and said their non-dieting family loved it.

    Just to get ppl to think about what they already know & apply it in the kitchen.
