Why would Stegar be involved in an elite scam for "carbon credits" that go to families like the Royal Dutch Family that owns SHELL OIL; are owners in the IMF (which get the "carbon tax" money), and the Private Fed Reserve.

WE need to do better than "rare earth" tech, which is arguably detrimental to our environment. Far worse than many of the things we are supposed to be changing.
