Very, very cool ~ Love your hula hooping in silhouette by the beach at sunset. There is a girl I met recently who can do this, too, and she is so limber. Great idea! (I can do basic hula hooping but the next day my stomach feels a little funny. Guess I'm not built the way I once was as a teenager.)

Sandra, I haven't seen a tutorial vid from you since I subscribed, but I'd love some tips on the trick where you've got the hoop vertical in front of you, and you stick your upper body in and let it roll around. You do it around 0:13 of this video. Every time I try to do it, I smack myself in the face. :)
