Speed Really Matters even in the web.

Google should focus more on the real problems. My internet is fast enough for me but the overreaction copyright laws and DCMA requests, the message "This video is not available in your country because it contains music by money hungry suckers" - that are my REAL problems.

OK so everyone agrees the goal is to make the web faster... but I didn't hear any how to, just a lot of repeditive statements all saying the same thing, "Web use will continue growing and needs to be faster."

@anthonyrossbach Yes I know. I have 87 websites of my own, plus build websites for a growing client base. So of course I want a faster web and look for any tip, tool or enhancement I can use to do so... which is why I watch the video in the first place, hoping for a magic bullet. Still looking.

@azwan1992 That has nothing to do with it, its all about the webmasters servers and there webpages code. As a webmaster I work with google to make my servers faster and pages more compressed for better rendering.

Rendering time will matter only on the site code not the ISP!

Yes, web 2.0 is quite old now and Web 3.0 is more relevant, but guess what...most of the features of 2.0 are here for quite some time... we still have people who are very email centric and are barely getting the features of old.
