The Magic of Breaking up does work. I got it before watching this video 3 months ago. However, after following the guidelines, I realizeed the relationship wasn't worth getting back in. So, regardless of whether you end up back together or not, it works. He was also with someone else that made him happy. He has made several attempts at getting back together with me but the book gave me time to figure out what a big mistake that would be.

people break up for a reason. unless those reasons are analyzed/ dealt with (either apart or together) these ideas of yours have no foundation within this context. if you dont love yourself enough, thats an issue that needs addressing- more so than simply affirming it to yourself in a mirror.if you cant set goals in your life - only 1 example of which is doing what you suggested- then that is a larger personal issue to resolve- both of these b4 trying to date ANYone else (including the ex).
Pretty good advise other than this was supposed to be about breaking up and finding happiness with yourself. In the end it seemed to lean back towards getting back together. If you can make three weeks without contacting a bad relationchip set another goal for three more weeks and so on. Don't asume that in three weeks things will be different. Heal yourself, your worth it.

This is really great advice....Me and my boyfriend broke up like a week ago. I made the worst choices. I broke his stuff, beat him up, and scratched his car.....I seriously doubt we will ever get back together. But I have to make contact with him to take him off my cell phone bill. people break up for a reason. unless those reasons are analyzed/ dealt with (either apart or together) these ideas of yours have no foundation within this context. if you dont love yourself enough, thats an issue that needs addressing- more so than simply affirming it to yourself in a mirror.if you cant set goals in your life - only 1 example of which is doing what you suggested- then that is a larger personal issue to resolve- both of these b4 trying to date ANYone else (including the ex).

Pretty good advise other than this was supposed to be about breaking up and finding happiness with yourself. In the end it seemed to lean back towards getting back together. If you can make three weeks without contacting a bad relationchip set another goal for three more weeks and so on. Don't asume that in three weeks things will be different. Heal yourself, your worth it.
