  • I've learnt this one from you Adam and it has become one of my favourite exercises

  • Adam, thank you so much for your vids!! ;-) They're really helpful =)

  • If you haven't felt the burn from doing these you haven't lived.

  • chicks like guys with big butts, i wish i had a butt like that

  • Thank you for the video, sweetheart. Living with chronic back pain sucks, Dr. tells me I have the strengthen the muscles in the area and deal with it since I don't wanna take pain medication. So I got a gym subscription, and will be tuning into your videos.

  • you explain things very well, all your tutorials are really good

  • I've noticed a trend in your exercise videos whereby you instruct inhalation to occur during contraction as in this video. I still think one ought to exhale during the contraction of the lower back. Please clarify with an appropriate explanation.

  • inhaling and bracing hte abs against the breath uses the TVA to brace the lower back and further stabilize the spine. it's called the valsalva manuver and is crucial to any spine loaded movement.

extensions on a swiss bacll doesn't really matter though

  • Nope it's extension. And only extension. I's not specific to sides.

  • In truth, you doing a flexion of back, no extention.

Extention of front, an flexion of back of body.

  • yea

  • who cares, just breeeaaaattttthhhhhhheeee

  • LOL

  • You are right.

  • I'm getting one of these balls now. I am quite sure they are a lot cheaper than a bench that can lock my legs down while I do the extensions lol.

  • do you do any other exersises (pumping iron) or do you just use the ball?

  • Yes, I also lift weights. Lifting is about 30% of my routine. However, there have been a lot of times over the years that I have used the ball exclusively. Working on the ball is another form of resistance training where the limiting factor is often balance, coordination and core strength. Thanks for you question!

  • what a hot ass, damn!

  • @feyeter

    I agree.
