This is really great! Could someone explain please how they are doing it? As I understood they outline the font, then cut them out. But after that? They don't seem to use emulsion for the screen or burn them? Do they just place the cutouts on the screen and print? It seems to look like that at 3:03. How come they don't accidentally move the letters while printing?

They use screen-printing by attaching the cutout stencils onto a net. They apply the paint, and then spread it evenly by sliding a bar.
