@kargwain187 As far as a referendum goes, if by catholic you mean nationalist (the survey shows they are not the same), then yes once the majority vote for a nationalist party, then Northern Ireland will have a referendum. The percentage who voted for Sinn Féin and SDLP combined was 41% this year. The same as it was in 2007.

The survey shows unionists have nothing to fear from a referendum but the election results show that referendums are unlikely to become a regular feature.
