The last 3 albums were CRAP.They're trying to hard too go commercial & along the way, lost what made them unique. The remaining Sugababes are a weak imitation. They should call it a day.

Sugababes' originality came in large part due to their songwriting skills, because Keisha and Mutya wrote a lot of their songs, which were very unique (e.g. Hole in the Head, Round Round etc). Heidi was just a third wheel to that, with commercial appeal. That's why their image is completely commercial now, cause she just goes with the wind and isn't a leader. Amelle owns it now.

I'm DEFINATELY getting Sweet 7. I like Amelle and Jade. I liked Keisha and Mutya when "Hole in the Head" was a Hit. Now I can't stand either girl. Keisha was always the driving force behind the 'Babes. She wrote all the good music, she always new the best musical directions, she had the most distinct voice. Hence the solo record.. hence the whole dance thing and the center placement in the Get Sexy video. Hence the rediculous haircut.

anyway... i love Sugababes and i support them. and it doesn't matter if they have a new line up, it's important that they have a good songs and make quality pop music... and that the name Sugababes still represent the girl power...

The sugababes don't exist. It was the same when Mary Wilson finally left the supremes years after Diana Ross. And these new girls joined the supremes it stopped being the supremes.
And I believe The Sugababes will fade because there are no originals.
Keisha was sacked because she was suppose to be a bully & the one that replaced Mutya threatened to leave because of her.

They are the top girl group over here in Britian apart from 1 or 2 & probably always will be until the whole group decides to come to an end. They will carry on being just as successful and like Alonzo says, Sugababes didn't actually have a no.1 hit until Heidi joined....does that not say something??

first off.. Keisha didnt QUIT to pursue a solo career.. she wanted to stay with sugababes till the end... Keisha was forced out..by the band members and management.When management approached Heidi as to replacing amelle or Keisha she didnt defend Keisha which is kind of odd.. When management approached amelle she said the group need a less "headstrong" person in the group (Keisha). Keisha gave them an ultimatum.. ME OR AMELLE.. and we know the story from there. Keisha was the voice of the group.

I'm DEFINATELY getting Sweet 7. I like Amelle and Jade. I liked Keisha and Mutya when "Hole in the Head" was a Hit. Now I can't stand either girl. I pretended to be angry about Keisha leaving but quite frankly I'm glad she's gone. now the sugababes can actually get sexy...i'm sorry but Keisha is NOT all that sexy. as for heidi...i didn't like her Until Catfights and Spotlights. so I like the new Line up.

Heidi will always be the nice, smiley member who was the third girl and got lucky by tagging along with Mutya and Keisha.
She's never defined the Sugababes for me. It was always Keisha and Mutya.
Plus at least they knew each other since childhood since they were 13 they were more real, , the current "Sugababes" haven't known each other for more than 5 minutes.

Regardless of what you think of Siobhan, the Sugababes that had Mutya and Keisha was the Sugababes that MOST fans liked. You could tell by their commerical success.
When Mutya left, their success was decent but it was bad enough with Keisha being the only original.
With Keisha gone, this isn't the Sugababes most people liked so they are dead.

Wasnt a big fan of the orginal sugababes only liked run for cover but started to really like them after freak like me. So as long as Heidi is still in the band i will listen to and buy their music as for me its still the sugababes if Heidi is there original or not. No on will ever know the truth about what actually happened apart from the 3 of them. As for people sending hate mail and death threats to Amelle get a grip.

I just love your vids. And I've been a Sugababe fan since 2005, but I've done the research for the group's past and you are right!!! fall off stage, sure. Replace one original, why not!!! But all the originals, gone?? This is America. And we wouldn't be unless we cut everything into peices.
I will still buy the new album and if they do do a concert curcuit, I'll be sure to attend. But I'm mad about the fact that Keisha's gone. If she goes solo, Imma be sure to pick up on that

I might buy the album, the reasons I may not is production. I do love Redone, but Sugababes for me was always a great albums to buy because of who they worked with and of course their vocals. Now this sound is to manufactured for America &they've not only lost another familiar member but also have lost the sound we all expect and love.

I will definitely still be buying their new album "Sweetness", i didnt like keisha because in interviews she always seemed tense and uncomfortable but most of all fake! and as for people back lashing at jade, would you have rejected the job? i didnt think plus i love jade and think she sings about a girl better than keisha could ever dream of, although i do wish keisha the best of luck and welcome her to change my mind about her.

Mutya left because she was depressed after having her baby, Keisha had nothing to do with her leaving at all.
Keisha was forced out by Heidi & Amelle, who stabbed her in the back cos Amelle has been told she IS Sugababes now & Keisha was not putting up with that.
I'm not buying sweet 7 or about a girl, they are a total joke now who have no respect for their fans at all.
Amelle was asked on radio what happened, her answer was = "I can't be arsed to talk about it" nasty HO!

Keisha was always the driving force behind the 'Babes. She wrote all the good music, she always new the best musical directions, she had the most distinct voice. Mutya was great but she was always the 'lead'. I think Amelle is the bully. Bitch seems to have a hefty criminal record and has been trying to claw her way to Keishas position since Change. Hence the solo record.. hence the whole dance thing and the center placement in the Get Sexy video. Hence the rediculous haircut.

Mutya her priorties changed. Balancing Sugababes and a baby became too much, it's been said numerous times in interviews. Siobhan is a pussy (with good solo music) who could not stand up for herself. Who cares if she's gone. Heidi is much as an original as Siobhan was. And of course I'll buy "Sweet 7". Keisha and Heidi both said Sugababes was a "brand" when Amelle joined, they wished to carry on that brand. Management is to blame for the boot. And learn to say Mutya's name right!!!!
