I completed DS on Impossible 6 times and with one of the plays, I done it with no ungraded rig or weapons and it was pretty challenging and alot of fun. :P

@Zaranyzerak It's pretty rough until chapter 6. It's cake if you only use the plasma cutter. Which sounds crazy, but its really powerful ^^.

@Zaranyzerak Yea I would really recommend trying because the sense of acomplishment is awesome. I just had to finish it on impossible after finishing on easy when I first got the game.

I play it on pc which is (supposedly) easier even though the mouse sensitivity is like 30% of usual.

The first 2 chapters might seem impossible and you may think that the other chapters become even more "impossible", but if you play very careful and save every shot and don't get hit it is very doable.

@Zaranyzerak I did die like 15 times on chapter 2 on the first black slasher because I was starved of ammo but after that it went quite smoothly, yes most enemies kill you on 2 hits and some (the suicide guys) and the regenator kill you on 1 hit without armor, but if you learn to use the energy gun correctly nothing can stop you.

Can't wait for DS2 to try that on impossible aswell :) (btw took me 9 hours to beat it on impossible, 2 days played.

I do realize now why you don't use the saw unless you run out of plasma cutter ammo bc its so effiecent that it make the game too easy and takes the fun out of it. So Thanks for letting everyone see how hard this game can really be.

a lot of the scares don't have any true significance other than to tcare the holy hell out of you. some have some meaning, like the sprinklers activating in the pprevious video.

This chapter was one of my favorites, because of it's openess and the amount of green there was. I really liked to change in scenery compared to the metal and steely looks of the other chapters. I also really got a kick out of your "voice"..."like how many people just totally passed up on that nooode" :D

You look so mezmorized by the game. This looks like one incredible game. So you don't always have to worry about your oxygen level. Thank god cause fighting off monsters, keeping up with your oxygen level and making sure your gun has ammo is alot to handle in a high action game.

Well, the main reason I don't have to worry about oxygen so much any more is because I've upgraded the HELL out of it! :) Each extra tick on the bench upgrades for your oxygen gives you something like an extra 20 seconds or so of air. Makes a BIG difference!

I'm not - I'm actually recording in 16x9 anamorphic widescreen standard def. But for certain videos, like these, I upconvert the video to 720p. In the case of the Dead Space videos, they actually wind up looking better in 720p because not as much resolution is lost for the overlay of Annetta and I (which is originally a full screen 16x9 recording). As for the rest, it means I can present my videos much closer to the quality of the originals. Otherwise, the "HQ" option doesn't look as good.
