  • Damn I would kill for an electric rock version of this (old school with slash or someone playing :D )

  • Now I want to upload the video of when my Math Prof finished the semester :D

There were eight classmates holding up a sign that read his name... Cuz he was that awesome.

  • yeah why is he so hot

Ill so totally take his class

    sounds like a fun teacher

  • Anyone want to write down the tabs for this song? :D

  • This is awesome! What a concept! I love this song!!! So so clever!

  • Is he a professor or a TA? The klein four website seems to imply that he hasn't received his phd yet.

  • The Klein four site is pretty old. In fact, this video was shot at the University of Arizona. I don't know if he's got his PhD, but he was definitely the professor.

  • Salomone! I miss him, he was an awesome teacher.

  • i love!!

  • No joke, I think I actually love this man.

  • That classroom looks remarkably like those in the Physics & Atmospheric Sciences building, though the UA's been adding those ceilings and lights to a variety of classrooms.

If so, I've probably had a few classes in that same classroom. I'll see if I can find Dr. Salomone on campus some time.

*sighs* I'm trying to remember what the sun looks like, I spend so much time in the lab. :/

  • Yup, this is in the PAS building.

  • @heypete1 Pfff ... experimental scientists...

  • I wish I had a math teacher like him :S mine is neither attractive, nor fun... he even makes me doubt his math knowledge at times :S

  • Awesome, I was in that class! He left?...that sucks, he was the best math professor I've ever had. He even made vector calc both easy and enjoyable (to the extent that vector calc can possibly be an enjoyable subject.

  • I miss Dr. Sal Money :( he went to Maine! UA lost an amazing professor =/

  • I hope you guys can fully appreciate how lucky you are to have him as your calc teacher.

  • what level math class is this? They should be loling!

  • It was only vector calculus so we didn't know all that stuff at the time.

  • lol they didn't even know what an axiom or function was?

  • I wish my instructors were that fun- and that attractive... though that may make it hard to focus on the class... :/

  • haha hilarious and well done!

  • What are the chords this song uses?

  • Most likely some variation of G, C, and D.

    It sounds Like G, C, D.

  • LOL; reference to Greatest Common Denominator by any chance?

  • I got the beginning: G = 320033 C = 032033 D = 200233 E = 022033 Each letter is a beat in 4/4 time. GGGG, CCCC, EE, DD, CCCC x 2 CCCC, DD, EE, x 2 GGGG, DD, EE CCCC, DDDD... etc. Enjoy!
  • Fixed, somewhat. The timing is 4 bars for most but there are a few quick changes. Listen to the song (it's just up there! ^^)

The path of love is never smooth...

    GCEDC x 2

    But lately our relation...

    CDECDE EDECDC

    I'm losing my identity...

    ECECECEDC

  • kudos mr lecturer

  • well....at lest he is trying ill give him that ^_^; few flat notes and cracks....good gesture though...

  • Uh, isn't this the original composer? If you look at the Klein 4's clips it says "original: M Salomone"

  • Yeah, the Klein 4 (or Salomone, I don't know) composed the song.

  • From Scott Bailey (the "Why not three?" guy):

"Matt Salomone did... I wrote Calculating and Mathematics Paradise though :) Kal wrote Lemma, Clark wrote Confuse Me, and everything else was Matt"

(If you haven't heard the other ones he mentions, get their CD!)

  • wow I wish I had a calc professor that cool!
