BTW you really consider getting a better name than "Niggas" for the part you only do half the excersise because some people might think that's implying African Americans are lazy and always take short cuts, and call everything "Nigga". It's crazy but there some folk out there who think like dat.

  • @InnerRise that was for the first exercise method, the second one ("here's one more tip" as he says) he is doing a negative which is the opposite of the first workout and in the one he is doing s for those who are not yet strong enough to get back up therefore you go down and restart. This is much like doing negative pull ups/chin ups where you jump to the top position and slowly let yourself down. so as you people like to say. YOU FAIL!!

  • You can make a roller simply by using a 5 or 10 lbs plate and a dumbbell rod. No need to buy some expensive contraption. If you are a beginner or have back problems, I suggest starting first on your knees. Be sure to have a pad for you knees like a rug or something. Good Luck and be Healthy!

  • "negatives" it means you only do the lowering part of an exercise when the lifting part is too difficult for your skill level.

  • i have this cool thing called AB Slide .. it works very well, it has a spring in it and has a good bit of tension
