I was at Dodger Stadium too. Seems like yesterday...we sat on second base about 10 of us, all from the same high school...we slept in our cars on the side of the hill the night before. Just us and cases of beer. Do you remember the food fight? Wow, you sure could get away with a lot and have some fun back then...we danced on second base through the entire concert...
OMG I CAN STILL REMEMBER WHEN HE SANG THIS SONG AT THE DODGER STADUIM IN 75, ITS STILL IS BAD ASS TO ME, AND IT STILL MAKES ME GET UP AND MOVE LOVE IT !
The best Rocker that Elton Ever recorded. I love the lines about the back slappin boyfrend. Here is the wimpy little guy trying to put the moves on a hot mexican gal. It wasn't a huge hit for him, but in my opinion, it should have been added to his many number ones! This one NEVER gets old for me!
with my English charm,please grow some FUNK of your own

elton is as much about his bass player than a lot of things.

@gloiven
No,actually,he is not "about his bass player".Nor is he "than",.....whatever the hell that is supposed to mean.
Nor ."A lot of things'.

@watayapupuya I think he means that the bass playing is what makes Elton John songs stand out.

Rock on Scotty! Rock of the Westies is one of my favourite albums of Elton.
