@anryuga100 This proves that Kyoya is a better blader than Gingka. Gingka now has Galaxy Pegasus Kyoya increases his power level without his bey being upgraded. How? In season 1 Kyoya barely lost to Gingka. Now, he can tie with Gingka even though Gingka went from Storm Pegasus to Galaxy Pegasus. Also, Gingka uses his same old techniques. Kyoya uses new techniques.

@BeybladeMetalMan But Storm Pegasus defeated L-Drago who was even stronger than he was original supposed to be and when he got Galaxy he said Galaxy was better than the regular L-Drago not the possessed one who absorbed so many people's strength and still lost to storm. So technically in the end Storm was better than Galaxy.

Take a look at their techniques. Gingka uses the same techniques as we saw before, even in the first episode. Now look at Kyoya's. These techniques were not used before. This still proves that Kyoya is a better blader than Gingka because he can develop new techniques.
