I'm going to introduce something called Euthyphro's Dilemma to the conversation. Euthyphro's Dilemma orginates from one of Plato's dialogs to say goodness or moral value's are based on the "gods." If you say that the gods will something because it's good, then the good is independant of God.

You must apply faith to use any kind of rational or logical thought since by definition they are not scientifically evident. We're working with something called empiricism. As Kant and David Hume would explain, the definition by itself can't be achieved because the definition itself can only be explained by caracteristics.
It means that the union of characteristics define the definition in the empirical reality.
And don't treat the lenguage as a logical reference to the reality.

This once again rounds us back in a big loop to scientific naturalism. If we talk about some "mathematical truth's" such as the speed of light, it assumes that the speed of light is constant in every direction from point A to point B, which can never be scientifically proven. but even down to some simple aspects of mathematics, such as unit conversions.

Bull. Of course there are ruined cities located around the Israeli desert but there is absolutely ZERO evidence identifying ANY of those ruins as Sodom or Gomorrah. And guess what? Almost all of them show signs of meeting a catastrophic end, most abandoned cities do. That's not to say that they didn't exist or that that they never will be found (they found Jericho) and it doesn't mean the Bible isn't true, it just means you gotta use the noodle God gave you before you buy what this guys selling.
