Gorgeous! She looked like she was just playing with the dance and the audience. She did a fantastic job of portraying the character without losing quality of movement or technique. Loved it!

i wasn't paying attention to the clip as it was loading and playing....until i took occasional glances at the footwork....and then realised that the feet, the arch and the technical skill of the footwork was somehow arresting and familiar, and then I looked up and...LO AND BEHOLD :O it was Alessandra Ferri!

She is so good that I can even recognise her from her dancing feet alone !!! omg...

Aurelie Dupont was fantastic as Giselle, but I don't like her as Kitri in act 1. Her 2nd variation wasn't good.

Aurelie has the looks to be Kitri and her acting is good...but I have to agree with you about her dancing that role. I would say she is a refined dancer...not an energetic one that the role of Kitri demands. She does'nt get the crowd clapping along with her fouette's like Gillian Murphy does...( another one of my favs!)

I love Gillian Murphy in Swan Lake! She's so amazing. And she's dancing with Angel Corella. He's my favourite male dancer, and Alessandra is my favourite ballerina.

J'aime beaucoup le travail d'Alessandra, principalement dans des oeuvres moins classiques comme "La Chauve Souris" du Grand Roland Petit... Mais là pardonnez moi, on ne peut pas s'extasier comme ça, elle (ou le chorgraphe...) a adapté une partie de la variation... la diagonale sur pointes se fait en partant du fond de scène COUR en temps normal... Bon, je dis ça, je dis rien : ça reste joli ^^
