The fact is simple, an ATM is steel safe, just like any other, and is anchored down like a teliphone pole..only its steel not wood obviously about 2 or 3 feet into the ground and bolted, I know, I have worked construction, and seen it. Funny though just to see the guy, thinking he was just gonna walk in there and be like hulk and rip it off the wall, and carry off.
