Damn I hated this guy when I played this game. I had this thing about completing the game on the hardest difficaulty without taking any damage in a single round. And I did it with Chun Li I was pretty good with her. BUT when I came to this guy he always got me and I do mean always. That sucked. I most have broken like 20 controls over the years thanks to Vega. Great stage music though.
