Well, dude I like this band because they have a great groove, and I like the epic 80's vocals with modern Metal sound. You should listen to "Mind Control" By this band. I think it's excellent. Now I don't know what your taste is in Metal, but I personally believe, the new trend of Metal core like Metal sucks. Its totally Judas Priest Retro thrash Power Metal and i love it, so thats why I think this band kicks ass! It's all about the groove!

Umm..No Magnus, but Alex Beyrodt filled in for him. I didn't really see Alex Beyrodt hanging around anywhere. Wait, he was hanging out in the back after the show... I got an autographed Drum Head, T-shirt, Drum Sticks & they signed my Jaws of Death Picture LP..All except Alex Beyrodt that is.. Good show over all...

I disagree, though the solo can't be recreated live.... BUT it matches the semi-dark and mysterious tone of the lyrics.

and it presents a strong contrast between the rest of the song, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it... though I could have done without the disharmonics in the first few notes of the solo

I like Primal Fear, have all their stuff on CD and Vinyl along with tons of T-shirts and other stuff. However, there hasn't been a killer album from them since Devil's Ground. This album is okay, but not killer.
