No they could put it on the PS3/Psp online shop.. but licencing is still a issue. on a seprate note i heard a rummor that they were concidering bringing it into the US at one point but Gainex demanded to mutch money from the get go so they scraped the idea.

This is a PS1 game. Even if licensing issues weren't a problem it would still be too late for them to do this game.
