@viciado7 ive got assassin/blindeye and stalker on my anti air class with one of the launchers and an lmg and i shoot down anything that shows up. each vehicle i shoot down is worth hundreds of points so even if i have a shit game, i make thousands of points.

Support Package is going to ruin the game. I'm only playing search and destroy because its so easy to get EMPs with support package because your pointstreak never ends. Even noobs can get 2 or 3 emps in one game of headquarters or domination. Support wouldnt be that bad if the pointstreak didnt continue into the next life.

@SerialThrillr there are difference between the point streak system~ and kill streak resets on them except for support why? good question and i have an obvious answer. support was made to not reset to counter assault tier kills, because ASSAULT STREAKS CAN BE STACKED LIKE IN MW2. which means if u get a pred and you get two kills you get heli support and so on. its a good move if you think about it many dont give a shit about and ac101 killing em, but now use sam turret streak and its down.

People, Blind Eye and Assasssin doesn't make you immune to advanced UAV. And its only a 12 pointstreak for support, so stop raging about it its gonna be balanced.

if i secured a position, will it give me a point to get my poinstreak, for example, if i want to get a uav can i get it just by securing positions and destroying emeny equipment, or it's like black ops and mw2, and all other cods, kill to get killstreaks?
Think about it like this. Cold-Blooded was in the same Tier as Stopping Power. MW2 was big on getting kills, so the extra bullet damage meant alot. In Black Ops, Ghost was in it's own seperate Tier, so you didn't have to give up anything special to get it. In MW3, it's placed with Quickdraw, the SOH Pro of MW3, Hardline, which is going to play a bigger role, Overkill, which allows for 2 primary weapons, and Blast Shield. I don't think Assassin'll be an issue. :)

The reason assassin will be "a must" is becuase theres no stopping power, without stopping power people will be forced to use assassin, did people complain about cold-blooded in mw2, NO! Half the players dont even know how to use stopping power correctly, like putting it on 2 shot guns.
You guys arent thinking. Although you may be completely immune to the enemy radar, there is still one big weak point in it. You can still be seen by aircrafts with assassin. To hide from that you need blind eye.

lol, when mw2 came out, EVERYONE used uavs, now its just harrier/chopper/pavelow whatever, and uav's are very underused. once people find "op" killstreaks, assassin will be less used and other perks will come into play
The issues discussed in your video will work themselves out after the game's release. Here's what happens:
-Everybody uses UAVs
-Everybody uses Assassin perk
-UAV becomes less effective
-Fewer people use UAVs, opting for something more effective
-Fewer UAVs are up, so fewer people use Assassin
You'll probably see UAV usage follow a dampening sin wave, with Assassin usage doing the same but lagging slightly. After a week or two, the issue will have resolved itself.
@Proxgotsthafia The problem is even when few people use the uav assassin will still be overused because of the other great benefits it grants. No red name tag, no cuav, no emp, no motion sensor and no heartbeat sensor means that even if relatively few uav's are used assassin still outclasses everything in tier 2 by far.

They couldn't clearly answer half the questions that got asked, one question was "How will the specialist strike package make the game more balanced by making the player the ultimate weapon?" IW's answer was "Its still balanced", and didn't elaborate. Robert Bowling also said that there would be no deathstreaks.

Assassin will make the mp bullshit....people that cant get kills by going arond the map will put this perk on and just sit in the most ramdom corner and wait for you to walk pass and they will have silenced weapons foot steps will be silenced....especially the little 12 year old kid-noobs that jump in at xmas who have never played cod b4 will use this soooooooo much! Think about it like this. Cold-Blooded was in the same Tier as Stopping Power. MW2 was big on getting kills, so the extra bullet damage meant alot. In Black Ops, Ghost was in it's own seperate Tier, so you didn't have to give up anything special to get it. In MW3, it's placed with Quickdraw, the SOH Pro of MW3, Hardline, which is going to play a bigger role, Overkill, which allows for 2 primary weapons, and Blast Shield. I don't think Assassin'll be an issue. :)

The reason assassin will be "a must" is becuase theres no stopping power, without stopping power people will be forced to use assassin, did people complain about cold-blooded in mw2, NO! Half the players dont even know how to use stopping power correctly, like putting it on 2 shot guns.

You guys arent thinking. Although you may be completely immune to the enemy radar, there is still one big weak point in it. You can still be seen by aircrafts with assassin. To hide from that you need blind eye.

The issues discussed in your video will work themselves out after the game's release. Here's what happens:
-Everybody uses UAVs
-Everybody uses Assassin perk
-UAV becomes less effective
-Fewer people use UAVs, opting for something more effective
-Fewer UAVs are up, so fewer people use Assassin
You'll probably see UAV usage follow a dampening sin wave, with Assassin usage doing the same but lagging slightly. After a week or two, the issue will have resolved itself.

No red name tag, no cuav, no emp, no motion sensor and no heartbeat sensor means that even if relatively few uav's are used assassin still outclasses everything in tier 2 by far.

I hate Ghost/Cold Blooded/Assassin because its for n00bz, but since UAV is in the support pointstreaks everyone will have to choose between their Chopper Gunners,AC-130's,Pave Low's,Juggernaught Perk,etc. (Assault) or go with Support pointstreaks just to get a UAV's
