Zakir Naik ..can you come up with any new scientific discovery before any scientist does so just on the basis of "Quran "?? it will really help world in better way.... "No you cant" ...today when science has revealed so many things ...Now you claim that these things were written in your "QURAN". @luv2uall the arab gulf will become green and earth quakes will become alot and killing will become very common to see.. people will have sex in the streets and the most moral people will only ask them to do it behind a wall or something. scientists will die and the people will become very ignorrant.. and women will outnumber men by 50:1, the ka'ba will be destroyed.. im relying on those so keep them just in case

Let me correct you the great prophet Of Islam was not illiterate you idot, as soon as the prophet was born they went in to prostatation and asked forgivness for the ummah, there is a hadiths to prove this, so god forbidding how can the great prophet be illiterate. go an ask your local imam he will tell you the hadiths.
mr.boeing u r weak in islamic studies i think u need to go back to sahih hadith n see the reference Prophet doesnt know to read n write then its angel gabriel who taught him to read
@fahadnetwork well u can see this in seerah as well, but illiterate has a strong meaning plus the Prophet (pbuh) does have a signature so to say this would not be completely true also the meaning of reading or iqrah also needs to be understood, cause it also works as recite as well so it is not just a simplistic not reading and writing. However the point about the owmi staus is understood,however saying illiterate again seems a bit strong. So it is better to stray away from that translation
@boeing747sim Mr boeing747sim rnt u being a bit harsh there is no need for mud slinging (ie calling one an idiot) there is a point to the owmi status, it shows that the Prophet (pbuh) did not derive his sources from a material means like a scroll or a book, which is says alot. However i dont agree with the translation of the owmi status as illiterate, because the Prophet does have a signature, which means he could write (at least to a certain degree), and to note it is very beautiful as well.
You are totally right... i agree... whats true is true... above that Prophet Muhammad SAWS was illiterate i.e. he couldnt read or write.. It can be only the words of the creator (Allah)
