The members of O-Zone (Dan Bălan, Radu Sîrbu, and Arsenie "Arsenium" Todiraş) were born in Moldova...which was a part of the USSR until 1991, when it gained its independence.

So its not surprising that they speak Russian...

they all can spaek russian fluently))) russian is the second (or even the first, i can't tell 100% exactly) native language of these guys, so they were born in USSR:)
