Hi Brian I Like The Look Of this light. something i found usefull for gigs is a data projector! i picked one up off ebay for £300. incl postage Its Great! Not only can i show messages but music videos and live camera feeds. i just connected it to the rgb output on my laptop and activated multiple monitor mode. it Works great with virtual dj. i can shine it on to anywall or screen and the pictures huge around 200 inches from a good distance! yesss it´s 30 caracters per phrase and it´s up to 5 phrases 8look at the video description)

I think it's 32 or 36 letters limit at a time

What you CAN do is program several different phrases and sort of chase them, so yeah you can have it say several things and go between thoes phrases (if that makes any sense)

Thanks Brian for posting this. I am considering this light and have been waiting for a "real" demo video for it. How does this look in fog/haze? I can assume the aerial beams look cool with the patterns, but how do the words look in fog? Maybe like words in mid-air? That would look really cool. You mentioned you "amde the letters really big." Can you adjust the letter height and/or font, or is the size dependent upon how far the light is from the wall/floor? Please do a video of this with fog.

From what I gather, the reason many DJs in Oz are not hip to many products is because there is no national mobile mag or outlet for them to be up on industry product awareness.

I love when I see a place to hook a safety cable on a light. I work in theater and we ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS safety cable our lights. I had a bar fall a few weeks ago and the safety cables kept 8 grand worth of lights from hitting the floor. I HIGHLY recommend using safetys. They keep your patrons safe AND can save your gear. It's good for everybody!

Can it display the words any other way besides scroll? For instance, can it flash each word in a sentence assuming all words are less than 4 letters? I'm thinking: "Put" "your" "hands" "up" with each word flashing to the beat of the music. If it doesn't, that would be an idea for the LED Messenger II.

I think there is a way to do this. I think you would have to make each word a sepperate program and then program the light to chase the words in the order you wanted them in
