Uh...the same exact way? There's no difference between the two versions other than the controls and the switched East/West.

The first is obtained from when you get the milk after you going fishing for the cat's dinner.

The second is aquired when you get your lantern.

He will ask if you wish to purchase a bottle of lantern oil for some rupees and you get a free bottle with the lantern fuel.
