the way these gates are striped roughly means obstruction go around
some lawyer could go after the railroad and probable win which is total bs they passed a vehicle and went around the gates
in my option the true victims are the train engineer that couldn't do a thing, the conductor who has to go see if anybody was still alive, all the police and fire/Ems, and passengers on the train not the family or kids
@TrainmanKight FYI this has went to before a judge and the new standard for the US will now be 90 degree stripes. Like you see in Canada and some other countries. In time these 45 degree stripes will fade away into time.

this is a beautiful video, but such sad of 5 lifes taken away!They all seem like fun good people. Who knows what the driver was thinking. A couple weeks after this accident, jessicas cousins gary gains crashed a car with my friend brianna bennett in it and has been the hardest thing ever for me, i know how it feels so my heart goes out to all 5 families. Bless them babies RIP
This is a different cut than the radio version, I'm not sure if it's available on their full CD. I had a special extended play limited release CD that had 3 different versions of the song. Then I had to re-edit the song to shorten the duration to match the length of the video.

The driver was the only 1 who deserved to perish that day. I hope that this event will stand as a tragic reminder to young people of what can happen when you get into a car with a driver who is driving illegally on a suspended license. You may not want to hear that, but these people did not have to die in such a selfless way. I lost my own brother to a similar foolish mistake, and I hope that people take heed from this event, and act a little more responsible when it comes to driving safety
It's truly an unfortunate accident. I do agree with you, but you have to believe that if any of the occupants in the vehicle had any inclination of what was going to happen, then they would not have gotten into that car in the first place.
This made me cry. I miss Eddie so much. This was a VERY nice tribute. RIP you guys. You are all missed, and not a day goes by, all of us don't think about you.

This was such a terrible accident that could of been avoided. 5 kids gone in the matter of seconds. What a shame. This video was a nice tribute.
