Shin, I stumbled across your video remake of Moon Patrol as I was researching videos for my own musical remake, made a couple of years ago. Your musical remake is simply awesome!  I only wish it came in both channels. Well done, my friend.

WOW I LOVE THIS! Awesome remake of the classic game. Smooth Animations, smooth framerate, you nailed it. You should definitely consider contacting the company of the original game and showing them this. An HD remake on the wii/360 would be epic.

nah... i prefer the old version. good old elephant-size pixels and the poor music quality. fixing this is like adding cgi jawas in the old star wars films. just leave it as it is and let's savior the good old memories of the 80s :)

man, i dont care what these retards say, this is a very freakin awesome remake!!! moon patrol is one of the best games ever made for the atari and you caught all the feeling and nostalgia!! GREAT WORK!! music is GREAT too!!!

The tempo in the music needs to be sped up and you need a more "funkier" sounding instrument (think of how plucky the bass sounds in a sly & family stone song to get my drift).. I think that would make the music more faithful to the original arcade version yet still be something thats its own thing

I like the music but otherwise...arcade original looks and PLAYS better - I don't get a point why people think classic games need more pixels than 256x192...

If they had more pixel at that time , they would use more pixels . We can use more why shouldn´t we use them ?

Why we make Remakes in newer design ? because we can.

they did have more pixels in 1982 they could even use vectors instead of pixels... but they didn't - the very much perfect gaming CRT arcade monitors allowed them to do VSYNCed scrolling games at 60fps synchronized with CRT elecrton beams... and player could enjoy the perfect pixels of the characters... what you are trying to present here is nothing but a worthless "hi-res" rounded artwork with no real value to the origina Moon Patrol game...

Dude, it's a remake. Why make a remake, if you aren't going to make it any different?

Higher resolution, better quality music (talking about sound quality, so don't debate the taste in music), etc.

I played moon patrol all the way back, but I would still enjoy modern clones.

there is no need for higher resolution to play Moon Patrol,got it? Moon Patrol is Moon Patrol...the same with anything else... Beatles will not be Beatles if you gonna play them by filharmonic orchestra... to play Moon Patrol you need to hook up proper CRT gaming monitor and proper joystick, not splash pixelated pseudo-HD artwork on the ghosty LCD and grab crappy X360 half working Dpad... btw XBLA is the place to hurt my eyes the most... load of slow pixelated wannabe remakes with no value

This is a remake. It's not the original moon patrol. If you wanted to play the original, you are not very good at find it, since it says "remake" in the title here.

Thank you all for your comments , i am glad you like my Moon Patrol version . The Great Musik was made by a friend who is listed in the readme file under Credits . You can let him know if you like the soundtracks , he is a great music maker.

Those bombs behave erratic! If you slow down, the bombs shouldn't track you like that, they should continue on their previous course - unless you've changed them to guided bombs?

Jumping looks stiff and klunky.... but a good remake I intend to download!
