@LON3N1NJA Yea you right, but I made this back before that song came out. Plus these note progressions are very common in a lot of rap songs, People just make their own style of it. Especially with trap songs, because they use the same two cord progressions but there are so many different beats with it.

dawg you got to make a tutorial on the steps for what you do to each of the instruments of a song...... it would 100 percent be the best garageband tutorial on the tube.... doesnt even matter the quality..... cause these are the best garageband songs on here. ive been using garageband for a year and have been hung up on switching to fl studios. but hearing this makes me want to learn how you do it. hook it up! one.

I don't have a specific order on how I start my beats. I guess I start out with a cool melody or chord then build around that with a bassline or drum pattern. I'll send you the project file of the claps/snare pattern and you can play around with it cause it is hard to explain. Send me ur email in a private message.

In this beat particularly I started with the trumpet chord then reversed the pattern so my bassline is backwards which gave it a different feel
