let me guess... it didnt work for you cause you dont hae the run option....... you probably have windows vista like i do right... i guess thats wh cause it took me some time to figure it out.....

1) Go to Start

2) Type in Run in Select Search which is under All Programs

3) Click on Run

4) Type in r

5) It will say it cant do anything.... redo it and type in CHARMAP.... CHARMAP not CHARTMAP

6) Enjoy the map.... if it doesnt work then i am sry
